New Teeth Today. Final Teeth in Days — Not Months.

“Same-day” and “teeth in a day” are everywhere in implant advertising, and they almost always mean the same thing: an implant placed and a temporary plastic tooth attached the same day, followed by six to eight months of waiting before your real teeth are made. We do something different — and it matters more than the slogan suggests.

A real patient at the practice. Individual results vary.

Because our implant surgeons, our mechanical engineer, and our milling machines all work under one roof, we skip the outside lab and the long wait. You leave the day of surgery on fixed, non-removable teeth — and your final, custom-milled zirconia teeth follow in days, not most of a year.

For many qualifying single and multiple implant patients, that final zirconia tooth arrives in as little as 24 hours. For full-arch patients, final custom-milled teeth arrive in about 72 hours. No removable dentures, no six-month temporaries, no shipping your smile across the country. Speed doesn't change the price either — the fees on our cost page apply, and monthly financing is available for every treatment we offer.

Why We Can Do In Days What Others Do In Months

On-site CNC machine milling a final zirconia implant restoration

Inside Our In-House Milling Lab

The wait everyone accepts as normal exists for one reason: most offices ship your teeth to an outside lab and wait for them to come back. Every design tweak, every remake, every shade adjustment means another round trip through the mail — so a temporary carries you for six to eight months while that happens.

We removed the mail. Your final teeth are designed and milled on-site on industrial-grade CNC machines, from ultra-dense FDA-cleared zirconia, under the direction of our in-house engineer. A shade that's slightly off is fixed in hours, not weeks. That is the entire secret to same-day and few-day teeth — not rushing the surgery, but owning the lab.

It takes a rare pairing to do this well: surgical skill to place implants stable enough to load immediately, and material-science know-how to mill teeth that survive decades of bite force. Dr. Sam Jain holds both a dental degree and a master's in mechanical engineering — read why patients choose us, or see the technology behind it.

Real Same-Day Teeth Versus 'Teeth in a Day'

Both hand you teeth the day of surgery. The difference is whether those teeth are temporary plastic you'll wear for months — or the real thing.

What you leave with

Center for Implant DentistryFixed teeth the same day, then final custom-milled zirconia in 24 hours (single/multiple) or 72 hours (full arch).

Typical 'teeth in a day' clinicA temporary acrylic tooth or denture the same day — with final teeth still six to eight months away.

Where teeth are made

Center for Implant DentistryDesigned and milled in our own on-site CAD/CAM lab, directed by a mechanical engineer.

Typical 'teeth in a day' clinicSent out to a third-party lab, with mailing delays every time an adjustment is needed.

Time in temporaries

Center for Implant DentistryDays, always on fixed teeth — never removable plastic.

Typical 'teeth in a day' clinicMonths of temporaries that can stain, loosen, or crack while you wait.

Who plans the bite

Center for Implant DentistryOwner surgeons plus CAD designers and machinists engineer the load, angle, and torque like a structural project.

Typical 'teeth in a day' clinicBite and fit depend on outside technicians who never meet you.

If something needs adjusting

Center for Implant DentistryThe lab is down the hall — fixes happen in hours, by the same team that treated you.

Typical 'teeth in a day' clinicAdjustments wait on the next lab shipment, and on whoever is available.

Immediate loading isn't right for every case — soft bone or low initial implant stability may call for staged healing. Your 3D CBCT scan, not a slogan, decides whether same-day teeth are safe for you.

From First Scan To Final Teeth

Here's how same-day implant treatment actually unfolds — all of it in one building, so nothing waits on the mail.

Digital implant planning on a 3D CBCT scan for same-day implant treatment

Step One: Free 3D Scan & Same-Day Plan

Your free consultation starts with an in-house 3D CBCT scan and a smile preview designed to your face — so you see the plan before you commit to anything.

The scan tells us whether your bone can support immediate teeth or needs a little healing first. Either way, you get an honest answer and an itemized plan in writing.

For many single-tooth cases, planning, surgery, and your final tooth all happen in one visit.

Step Two: Comfortable Surgery, Teeth the Same Day

With IV or oral sedation available and guided by X-Guide™ and Navident EVO navigation, your implant is placed exactly where the bone is strongest.

Fixed teeth are secured the same visit — nothing removable, nothing resting on stitches. Full-arch patients walk out chewing on solid teeth.

One full surgical day is dedicated to each jaw for full-arch cases, so nothing is rushed.

Final custom-milled zirconia implant teeth ready to be delivered

Step Three: Final Custom-Milled Teeth in Days

While you rest, our on-site machines mill your final teeth from ultra-dense zirconia — 24 hours for qualifying single and multiple implants, about 72 hours for a full arch.

Your finals are refined until bite, shade, and shape feel unmistakably yours, then you get on with your life.

Cleanings, maintenance, and any adjustments stay with the same family that placed your implants — at the same address since 2008.

Teeth In A Day? Here's What That Actually Means

Are same-day dental implants real, or is it a marketing gimmick?

They're real — and 'same-day implants,' 'one-day implants,' and 'teeth in a day' all name the same clinical concept: immediate loading, where the implant and a functioning tooth go in during a single visit instead of the implant healing bare for months. The phrase hides the question actually worth asking: what is that tooth? At most clinics it's a temporary acrylic tooth, followed by six to eight months of adjustments while an outside lab eventually makes the finals. Because our surgeons, engineer, and CAD/CAM mill share one building, qualifying patients here go from surgery to final custom-milled zirconia — not a temporary — on a timeline measured in days. The deeper dive is in our guide, What is a one-day implant?.

Can I really get a permanent implant tooth in 24 hours?

For many single- and multiple-tooth cases, yes — provided your bone quality allows the implant to be placed with enough initial stability to load right away, which we confirm on your free 3D CBCT scan. When a case needs healing time first, we tell you plainly and show you why on your own scan. Full-arch (All-on-4 / All-on-X / All-on-8) patients don't get finals in 24 hours; they leave with fixed teeth the same day and receive final custom-milled zirconia in about 72 hours.

Will I ever be without teeth or stuck in removable dentures?

No. That's the whole point of doing everything in-house. You are never sent home toothless, and full-arch patients are never parked in a removable plastic denture 'until the implants mature.' You leave chewing on fixed, non-removable teeth, and your final teeth follow within days — not after months of appointments in a temporary.

Does going faster mean lower quality or higher risk?

It's the opposite of rushing. We dedicate a full surgical day to each jaw so implants are placed with proper depth, angulation, spread, and torque — never hurried. The speed comes from eliminating the outside lab and the mailing, not from cutting clinical corners. Your teeth are milled from ultra-dense, FDA-cleared zirconia by the same engineering team that planned your case, and refined until the bite, shade, and shape feel like your own.

Am I a candidate for same-day implants?

Most people with a failing tooth, several missing teeth, or loose dentures are — about 98% of the people we examine turn out to be candidates for some form of implant treatment. Your bone decides the exact timeline, which is why every plan starts with a free in-house 3D CBCT scan. Where bone is limited we can graft during placement, choose stronger sites, or use zygomatic implants — and if immediate teeth aren't safe for your anatomy, your doctor will tell you exactly why.

Will I be stuck on a liquid diet while everything heals?

Not here — and the reason is engineering, not bravado. When your full-arch bridge is installed, it joins all of your implants into one solid piece, so any implant sitting in softer bone is braced by the stronger ones around it. Because we place as many implants as your anatomy calls for — four, six, or eight per arch at the same fee, front implants for biting, back implants for grinding — you can eat normal food right away. The only rule: nothing abnormally hard at first — no ice-crunching, hard candy, or bones. When an arch gets only the minimum support its bone could have improved on, 'be careful eating in the back' can last for months; putting real support where your bite needs it is exactly why we don't have to say that.

Do same-day final teeth cost extra?

No — speed is a byproduct of owning the lab, not an upcharge. Your quote is the same whether your finals arrive in days or your case needs staged healing first; it follows your anatomy and your needs, never the calendar. Every cost is itemized in writing at your free consultation, most full-arch patients use a monthly payment plan, and your finished teeth are backed by our care-for-life warranty — honored here, by the doctors who treated you. See the cost page for the full breakdown.

When would you tell me NOT to get same-day teeth?

When your biology outvotes the calendar — and we'll tell you plainly. The common reasons we stage treatment instead: an active infection that needs clearing first; bone too soft or too thin to hold implants at the stability immediate teeth require; grafts or sinus lifts that deserve undisturbed healing; uncontrolled diabetes or heavy smoking, both of which slow the fusing of implant and bone; and certain grinding or bite patterns that would overload day-one teeth. None of these usually mean 'no implants' — they mean a provisional phase first, with the same final teeth waiting at the end. Your 3D scan makes the call, and you'll hear the reasoning, not just the verdict.
