How long from Sausalito to the Geary office?
Bridgeway to US-101 south over the Golden Gate Bridge to Geary — about 20 minutes off-peak, and the shortest run of any Marin city. Consultations, scans, and follow-ups all happen at the San Francisco office, and because both owner doctors operate at both offices, surgery is available there too — the one thing that brings patients to Fremont is the in-house mill, so same-day teeth are scheduled there.
So I'd have to go to Fremont at some point?
For surgery, usually — and we say so upfront rather than at the last minute. The trade is real: the lab that mills your teeth sits a few steps from the surgical chair, which is why qualifying cases finish in about 24 hours and full arches in about 72 instead of months in temporaries.
Is the consultation free at the San Francisco office too?
Yes — the exam, the 3D CBCT scan, the doctor's read, and an itemized written plan, at either address. No obligation, and the plan is yours whether or not you proceed. There is no salesperson in the room; the doctor who would treat you is the one who examines you.
What if I'm nervous about the whole thing?
Say so when you book and we pace it to you. A consultation involves no drills and no needles. When treatment day comes, oral and IV sedation are available from ACLS-certified doctors, tailored to your health rather than a standard dose — you will need a driver home if you choose either.
