After nearly two decades and thousands of patients, a pattern emerges: almost everyone who walks through our door is living one of three stories. The details change — the years of denture glue, the implant that never felt right, the front tooth lost on a Tuesday — but the shape of the journey repeats.

Each journey is described the way we actually see it, including the parts that aren’t flattering to our industry — and each one is followed by the patients who lived it, in their own unedited words, lifted straight from our Google profile, where we couldn’t change a syllable if we wanted to.

Journey One: The Denture Escape

It usually starts with a small humiliation nobody else noticed — a slip during a toast, a menu scanned for soft options, a grandchild's innocent question. The dentures were supposed to be the solution. A decade in, they've become a second job: adhesives, relines, the nightly glass, a mouth that ages faster than the face around it.

The turning point is almost always the same sentence, said quietly at a consultation: 'I just want to eat like a person again.' The free 3D scan answers the question dentures never could — how much bone is left, and what it can carry. Often, more than they were told.

The ending: fixed teeth on four to eight implants, placed in one visit, final zirconia in days. The apple gets eaten. The glass on the nightstand holds water now. And the storyteller becomes the person cornering friends at parties, insisting they stop waiting.

8-over-8 Implants and Full Bridges – 28 new teeth. Yea! I came to the Center for Implant Dentistry in Fremont looking for a final dental solution due to an increasing need to get single implants to support new bridges. I am a 71 year old woman who has had many missing teeth since my 20’s. I struggled with bridges that did not look good and were marginally functional for decades. Last December, Dr. Jain provided a very comprehensive assessment of my condition with state-of-the-art imaging – and then suppled expert recommendations and alternatives for my case. I decided that the 8 over 8 implants and full upper and lower bridges was the right solution – to recover my smile, solve the problem of missing teeth, and help maintain the bone structure of my jaw which was wasting away. Two days over a weekend were needed to install the 16 implants. Although it is a significant surgery, Doctors Jain and Gupta expertly performed the work – not pausing for the weekend or holidays. They are passionate professionals whose concern for my wellbeing and technical skill is amazing. And the rest of the office staff was very supportive and caring while helping me through the process. Since the Center has the equipment and expertise to mill the bridges, I didn’t have to get temporary bridges. The final product was installed the next day. Six months later, I am still extremely pleased with the functionality of the bridges and the look of my smile. I finally have a complete solution to last me a lifetime.

I had All-on-8 implants done on both my upper and lower teeth at the Center for Implant Dentistry, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The whole team was kind, patient, and very professional. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I was nervous before starting, but they really took care of me and made sure I understood each step. My new teeth look and feel amazing. I can smile with confidence again and eat comfortably, which means so much to me. I’m very grateful for the doctors and staff here and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental implants.

Journey Two: The Rescue

This one begins somewhere else — a discount chain, a deal abroad, a clinic that closed. The implant ached, or loosened, or the office simply stopped answering. The cruelest part is the shame: they did the responsible thing, paid real money, and now feel foolish for someone else's shortcuts.

The rescue starts with a diagnosis, not a lecture. The free CBCT scan shows what actually went wrong — too few implants, a cantilever doing a lever's damage, infection nobody monitored — and Dr. Jain reads it like the engineer he is. Every option is laid out with honest odds: save it, treat it, or rebuild it properly.

The ending: solid again — sometimes salvaged, sometimes rebuilt from grafted bone up, always with the same team accountable for the result and lifetime maintenance to keep round three from ever existing. Their reviews are among our most emphatic, because nobody appreciates being rebuilt like the person who was let down.

I honestly have to say that this was the best decision I made regarding my dental implants. I seriously feel like a new person due to having top dentures for the past 8 years . I was embarrassed to eat , smile and even take pictures. A couple of years ago, I went to several other dentist to see what the next step I should do because I was tired of glueing my teeth several times throughout the day. Years had passed and started researching different implant specialist and this was the first place on my list. I didn’t have to go anywhere else because the way everyone and the Doctors made me feel and showed me how my teeth could beautiful and good. Dr Jain and Dr Gupta has a great and amazing doctors I ever could seen very knowledgeable In this implants center the most amazing part is they have in house lab so manufacturing is most toughest part in this kind of work because that the cosmetic thinks so dr Jain has lot of experience of surgical and manufacturing also . Thank you center for Implant dentistry amazing job I did my 3 implant treatment dr Jain did same day no pain nothing it’s very quick I am very happy not multiple visits every other dentist told it takes 6 month but dr Jain did very good job because they have in-house lab 25+ year of implant expertise so that’s by I choose this place . Very happy amazing job . Highly recommended this place for my family and friends if somebody need implant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Jain is the Best!! Went to several consultations (Clear Choice) locations before coming to CFID. U Found CFID on YouTube, Dr. Jain videos were detailed and personable. I called and got an immediate appointment the same day. I was able to complete the entire consultation in the 1st visit including x-rays, price and impressions. Dr. Jain took the time to explain everything thing to me so I understood. Completed My procedure within 3 days. Within the next 3 weeks Dr. Jain also addressed all of my dental needs, scaling, cleaning, bonding, closing gaps within only 1 more visit. I'm so pleased with the results! The staff at CFID is like family really nice, Eddie and Justin are the best! I highly recommend CFID and personally Dr. Jain, he's an Dental Artist and an expert in the dentistry field.

Journey Three: The Front-Tooth Emergency

A bike path, a curb, a cherry pit — front teeth are lost on ordinary days. Suddenly there's a presentation on Thursday and a gap in the mirror, and the person who never worried about dentistry is Googling in a panic at midnight.

This journey moves fast, because it can: extraction and implant in the same visit where the socket allows, and a custom zirconia tooth — shade-matched a few steps from the chair — often within 24 hours. The gum is shaped so the new tooth emerges like it grew there, because in the smile zone, close enough isn't.

The ending is our favorite kind: invisible. The presentation happens on Thursday. Nobody at the meeting knows. Sometimes their own dentist back home doesn't either — and that, for a front tooth, is the entire assignment.

I brought my mom here to get a tooth implant. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr Jain agreed to do the treatment the same day. The whole process was quick and painless. We are very happy with our experience.
