Capital-Region Welcome · Serving Sacramento County Since 2008
Sacramento County, A Drive Worth Making Once.
Sacramento has plenty of good dentists and a fair number who place implants. What it has fewer of is a center devoted entirely to implants, staffed by owner-surgeons, with its own on-site lab milling final teeth — the kind of place that turns a full-mouth rebuild into a matter of days instead of a year. For a case that big, for capital-region patients, the drive down the valley turns out to be the easy part.

The whole point of everything under one roof is to make distance manageable. We compress the process: the free scan and treatment plan in a single visit, surgery scheduled so qualifying patients leave the same trip on fixed teeth, and follow-ups clustered rather than scattered — because nobody should drive from Elk Grove for a ten-minute check.
And if you're coming to us because an implant failed, or because you were told the bone wasn't there, you're bringing us the exact work we're known for. Zygomatic implants, grafting, and revision cases are work we handle regularly, not exceptions. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.
The Practice
This Practice, At A Glance
Drive times are approximate, in normal traffic. Same-day permanent teeth apply to qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases; full-arch patients typically receive final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours. Candidacy is confirmed after an exam and free 3D imaging.
Why patients make the drive
Why Sacramento County Patients Drive To Us
- Implant dentistry, and nothing else
- Since 2008
- Patients treated
- 15,000+
- Full arches in a typical month
- About 20–24
- From 600+ reviews on Google and Yelp
- 4.9★
The Center for Implant Dentistry has placed and restored implants since 2008, and implants are all it does. The same two owner doctors — Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta, a married team of ICOI Masters — plan, place and restore every case themselves. There is no fly-in surgeon and no hand-off to a restoring dentist across town, and the lab that mills your teeth is down the hall from the surgical suite.
Implant treatment is one of the largest health decisions most people make. In California a fixed full arch commonly runs $20,000–$35,000 per jaw, and a full-mouth case is two arches. Against a decision that size, an hour or two in the car matters far less than who plans the case, how often they do this work, and who stands behind it afterward.
Every implant treatment
One Team, One Roof, Every Kind Of Case
From the first scan to the final teeth, Sacramento County patients are treated start to finish in one practice: consultation, 3D imaging, surgery, sedation, and the lab that makes the teeth.
Single tooth dental implants
One missing tooth, one implant and a custom crown. Qualifying cases leave with the permanent tooth in about 24 hours.
Multiple teeth & implant bridges
Several missing teeth replaced on fewer implants, with the bridge milled in our own lab.
All-on-4 & full mouth dental implants
A complete fixed arch on four implants, upper jaw, lower jaw or both. Fixed teeth on surgery day; final teeth typically in about 72 hours.
All-on-8 Robust
Dr. Sam Jain's eight-implant full-arch protocol, for more support under every arch.
Zygomatic implants
Implants anchored in the cheekbone when the upper jaw has too little bone for standard implants.
Bone grafting & sinus lifts
Rebuilding the bone an implant needs, including sinus lifts in the upper back jaw.
IV sedation
IV sedation given by our own doctors, in our own surgical suites.
Failed-implant rescue
Loose, painful or failing implants placed elsewhere — diagnosed and put right.
Complex cases
Told You're Not A Candidate?
Very often, that is where our work starts. Long-term denture wear and missing teeth shrink the jawbone, but bone grafting, angled full-arch placement and zygomatic implants let many people move forward after being turned away elsewhere.
Not enough bone
Angled implants, grafting, or zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone — the 3D scan shows which your anatomy allows.
An implant that failed elsewhere
We routinely rescue implants placed at other offices that have loosened or failed.
Years in dentures
Fixed teeth are often still possible after long denture wear, even when the bone has shrunk.
A second opinion
Bring another office's plan. We'll read it against your own 3D scan and tell you plainly what we would do.
Start with the free consultation and 3D CBCT scan (a $499 value)

Beyond The Treatment Plan: Denise's Story
Denise describes full-mouth implant treatment after being told she did not have enough bone. This is her individual experience with our practice; your options, timing and results depend on your own examination.

Denise · Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient
Told there was no bone left
Her own dentist said her jaw could not hold implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta found otherwise, and her permanent, custom-milled teeth were in 72 hours after surgery.
How much do implants cost?
What Implant Treatment Costs In California Before anyone quotes you a number
These are not our fees or a statewide average. They are broad planning ranges: the single-implant and full-arch rows reflect our own observation of California pricing, and the other rows are anchored to one public California dental-practice price page, with conservative tool groupings where its rows do not match a case one-to-one. Ours are given to you in writing after the free 3D scan.
Illustrative California planning ranges
- A single implant, abutment and crown
- $3,500–$7,500
- A fixed bridge on two to four implants
- $8,000–$11,000
- A fixed full-arch restoration · per arch
- $20,000–$35,000
- Tooth extraction · per tooth
- $150–$450
- Bone grafting · per site
- $200–$3,500
- Sinus lift · per side
- $1,500–$5,000
- IV sedation · per visit
- $200–$800
Beyond the one fixed, all-included All-on-4 fee per arch, we publish no flat treatment fees. An honest number depends on your bone, on how many teeth are being replaced, and on the preparatory work your case needs — so it is written down for you after the scan, and nothing is scheduled before you have it.
The page linked below, checked August 2026, is the source for every row except the single-implant and full-arch rows. It is one public price-page example, not a representative survey, and its rows do not map one-to-one to every line above.

Compare The Whole Plan. Then Plan The Drive.
Considering dental implants from Sacramento County? Compare the treatment, the team and the return visits together. A full-arch decision includes the care after surgery as well as the day you receive your teeth.
One arch or both jaws?
Ask whether a quote covers one arch or both jaws, and whether it includes extractions, grafting, sedation, temporary teeth, final teeth and follow-up. Bring an existing written plan if you would like a second opinion.
How to compare an implant quotePlan the return visits too
Before committing to a longer drive, ask which appointments require an in-person visit, where each will happen, who to call if a problem develops, and whether you need an escort or an overnight stay. Confirm your schedule with the team before booking travel.
Travel and follow-up planningUnderstand the total commitment
A monthly payment is only part of the comparison. Review the total treatment fee, what may cost extra, the financing term, interest and any down payment. The market ranges above are a reference; All-on-4 here is one fixed, all-included fee per arch, and otherwise your written treatment plan sets your individual fee.

The Questions We HearMost Often Across Sacramento County
Is the drive from Sacramento County really worth it?
From Sacramento and the Delta it's roughly 90 minutes to two hours to our Fremont flagship; we plan capital-region cases as expeditions — clustered visits, bundled surgical days, nothing wasted. And the first trip risks nothing: the consultation and 3D CBCT scan are free (a $499 value), you leave with an itemized plan in writing, and the decision stays entirely yours.
How many visits will treatment take from Sacramento County?
Fewer than you're bracing for. Because the doctors, 3D imaging, surgical suites, and CAD/CAM lab share one roof, visits stack: consultation, scan, and treatment plan happen in a single appointment, and qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases receive surgery and permanent teeth in the same trip. Full-arch cases typically add a final-teeth visit within about 72 hours of surgery. At your consultation, we map every required trip before you commit — in writing.
Which office should Sacramento County patients use?
For most of Sacramento County, the Fremont office is the practical choice — and we'll confirm the best routing when you book. Consultations, scans, and follow-ups happen wherever is easier for you; both offices are complete implant centers, so surgery and same-day teeth are available at either. Same doctors, same standard, either address.
What about follow-up care from this far away?
We build the follow-up schedule around your drive: appointments clustered rather than scattered, phone check-ins where an exam isn't clinically necessary, and direct access to the practice — not a call center — if anything ever feels off between visits. Implants are a decades-long relationship; since 2008, caring for distance patients has been a familiar part of the practice, not an inconvenience.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!

I did a lot of research before choosing a doctor for my dental implant treatment. After comparing different options, including ClearChoice, I decided to visit Dr. Jain. He explained the entire All-on-8 treatment process in detail and made me feel much more confident about my decision. One thing that really impressed me was that they have their own in-house dental lab, which makes the entire process more convenient and efficient. Dr. Jain and his team pay attention to every detail. They don’t just focus on completing the treatment; they also make sure the final smile looks beautiful and natural. I am very happy with my experience and the results. I highly recommend Dr. Jain and the Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone considering full-mouth dental implants I choose right away I don’t because I thought dr Jain has a great knowledge in implntology over 20 year experience .

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Center for Implant Dentistry in Fremont, and I genuinely believe this amazing team deserves special recognition. Before deciding where to get my dental implants, I spent a lot of time researching different providers and treatment options. Having had dental implants before, I knew how important it was to choose experienced, qualified professionals. This wasn't a decision I took lightly, and I'm so glad I chose this team. I want to give a heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and the entire clinical staff. Because my dental situation was particularly complex and far from a typical case, my surgery started around 5:00 PM and didn't finish until approximately 2:30 AM the next morning. That's nearly nine and a half hours! What truly impressed me wasn't just how long they worked, but the patience, professionalism, and dedication they showed every step of the way. I especially want to recognize the staff members who stayed with the doctors throughout those long hours. Their hard work, care, and commitment were just as important to my experience, and they absolutely deserve recognition. I truly appreciate everything they did. Today marks exactly one week since my surgery, and I've already received my new teeth. I'm extremely happy with how they look and with my experience so far. I understand that healing takes time, but everything up to this point has been wonderful. To Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and every single member of the team, thank you from the bottom of my heart. My family and I are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication you've shown me. You've earned not only my gratitude, but also my genuine respect. I couldn't be happier with my decision to trust this team with my smile!

I went to Dr Arpana and Dr Sambhav in an emergency requiring extraction of multiple teeth and a dental implant. They accommodated me in their busy schedule and took good care of me. They have the entire setup (3D X-ray, implants, crown etc) and I didn’t have to run to multiple people for my treatment. I was treated very professionally and I felt cared for. Highly recommend them. I referred my family and they have had very positive experience as well. A big thumbs up on the quality of service!
