Pacifica Lives On The Edge Of The Map. The City's Closer Than It Feels.
Pacifica stretches along the coast where CA-1 hugs the surf — foggy, spread across a string of beach neighborhoods, and a little cut off from the inland Peninsula by geography. But the city is nearer than it feels. Up Highway 1 through town, or over the hill and down I-280, our Geary office is about thirty minutes away.
That closeness matters because Pacifica, like most Coastside communities, doesn't have an implant specialist of its own. What's a half-hour north is a practice that does implants exclusively, owned and staffed by the two surgeons who do the work — Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta, both ICOI Masters. They take on the tough cases too: bone grafting, zygomatic implants, and rescuing failed implants placed elsewhere.
The in-house lab keeps the trips few. Andy Jain mills final teeth on-site, so many qualifying cases receive permanent teeth in roughly a day rather than a run of round trips over months. Guided surgery, optional IV sedation, and a free 3D CBCT scan on the first visit make it a controlled, honest process from the start.

Four lenders are compared precisely because they approve different profiles — patients with excellent, good, or still-rebuilding credit often find something workable, and a co-applicant with stronger credit widens it further. Checking costs nothing and does not affect your score.
Do you do the extraction as well, or do I need that elsewhere first?
Here, and often in the same appointment as the implant. Taking out a failing tooth and placing its replacement in one visit preserves bone that would otherwise begin shrinking immediately. Whether that is possible in your case depends on infection and bone quality, which the free scan shows.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry.
