Accessibility Statement

Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the standard the U.S. Department of Justice adopted in its 2024 web-accessibility rule for state and local governments, and the benchmark it points businesses to in its guidance. We treat 2.1 AA as the floor, and our internal reviews also test against the newer WCAG 2.2 AA criteria.

We state this as a goal, honestly, rather than a claim of perfect conformance: a website that changes as often as this one will have days when something falls short, and meeting a technical standard is not the same thing as — and does not by itself guarantee — compliance with disability law. What we promise is the work: reviewing against the standard, prioritizing fixes that affect real patient tasks (reading treatment information, comparing costs, contacting an office), and correcting what you report to us.

Every page includes a skip-to-content link, full keyboard operability with visible focus styles, labeled landmarks and form fields, and alternative text on informational images. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site respects that setting automatically. Our practice films are currently footage without narration; any video we publish with speech will carry captions, and our video players are built to support them.

In addition, the round accessibility button available on every page (keyboard shortcut Alt + A) opens a panel where you can switch to a high-contrast theme, highlight links, enlarge text (three levels), widen text spacing and line height, change text alignment, switch to a dyslexia-friendly typeface, pause animations and video, hide images, and lower, raise or remove color saturation. Your choices are remembered on this device between visits.

The site is also available in Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese via the language switcher — language access is part of accessibility for the communities we serve.

Accessibility checks are part of our development process: changes are reviewed against WCAG criteria before they ship, and we run a fuller review of the site — including keyboard-only and screen-reader passes — at least twice a year and whenever a significant new feature launches. Issues we find, and issues you report, go into the same queue and are prioritized by how much they interfere with getting care.

Some content comes from third parties we do not control — embedded maps, video players, and the outside financing and scheduling sites we link to — and may not meet every WCAG criterion. Honestly, some of our older photographs and media may also lag behind the standard we hold new content to; we fix these as we find them. Where anything on or linked from this site is not fully accessible to you, our team will provide the same information or service by phone instead.
