Because the zirconia lab is in-house, permanent teeth arrive in roughly 24 hours for many single and multiple implants. And the cases other offices refuse — bone grafting, zygomatic implants for 'no bone,' a redo of an implant that failed years ago — are exactly the work Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta built the practice around. How far is it from Richmond?
I-580 east to I-880 south, off at Mowry — 45 to 60 minutes in normal traffic. If the East Bay run is awkward, our San Francisco office on Geary Boulevard can handle the consultation, the scan, and follow-ups; both offices are complete implant centers, so surgery and same-day teeth are available at either.
Is the consultation genuinely free, or is there a catch?
Genuinely free — the exam, a medical-grade 3D CBCT scan, the doctor's read of it, and an itemized written plan. The catch, if you want to call it one, is that we would rather show you your own anatomy than describe it over the phone. If you never come back, the plan is still yours.

What does insurance do for implant work?
Helps rather than covers, in most cases. We work with all PPO dental plans, verify your benefits in writing, and file claims for you — but most plans cap annual benefits near $1,000 to $2,000 and classify implants as major work.
