Cost Shouldn't Keep You In Failing Teeth.

More people stay stuck in painful, failing teeth over the price than over anything clinical — and that's the part we can actually help with before you ever sit in a chair. Implants are an investment, but for most patients it's a monthly payment, not a lump sum.

A real patient at the practice. Individual results vary.

We treat financing as part of the care. Our coordinators compare offers from four trusted healthcare lenders to find the lowest rate and the most comfortable payment your situation allows — and prequalifying takes minutes with no impact on your credit score.

Want the numbers behind the treatment itself first? Our honest cost page breaks down exactly what drives your price, and a free consultation with a free 3D CBCT scan turns it into an itemized written quote in one visit — and because the practice and its lab are family-owned and in-house, the number you finance is the cost of the work itself.

Flexible Monthly Payments

Compare Four Lenders, Not Just One

Each lender approves a different profile, so patients with excellent, good, or still-rebuilding credit often find a workable option. Prequalifying takes minutes and doesn't affect your credit score.

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to their credit approval; rates and terms are set by the lender. Prequalifying is a soft check and does not affect your credit score.

How dental implant financing works

From Your Quote To A Monthly Payment Five steps, no surprises

Paying for dental implants monthly works the way financing anything important does: you start with a real price, take off what's already covered, then pick the lender and the term that fit your budget. Here's the order we do it in, at the same visit if you like.

  1. Get your real number

Your free consultation and 3D CBCT scan end with an itemized written quote. Financing starts from that number, never from a guess.

  2. Take off what's covered

We estimate your PPO dental benefit and file the claim for you. HSA or FSA dollars and any down payment you choose come off next, so you only finance the balance.

  3. Prequalify in minutes

A soft credit check with our four lending partners shows your estimated rate and monthly payment. It doesn't affect your credit score.

  4. Pick the term that fits

A shorter term costs less overall; a longer one lowers the monthly payment. We lay the offers side by side so you can see both, in writing.

  5. Accept, then schedule

The lender runs a full credit check only when you accept an offer. The price you approved is the price you pay, and if the plan ever changes, you get a new written quote first.

What sets your monthly payment for dental implants

Three numbers decide it, and you control two of them. That's why we won't quote a monthly figure before your treatment plan exists, and why we'll show you several once it does.

The amount you finance
Your quote, minus insurance, HSA or FSA funds and any down payment. The smaller this number, the smaller every payment.
The term
How many months you take to repay. A longer term lowers the monthly payment and raises the total interest you pay.
The APR
The yearly rate, set by the lender from your credit profile. Some lenders offer promotional periods, so before choosing one, check whether its interest is deferred.

What Patients Actually Pay Each Month

How Patients Make Implants Affordable

Plainly: your monthly payment depends on the amount financed, the term you choose, and your approved rate — so it starts from your itemized written quote, not from an advertised number. Around 92% of our full-arch patients choose a payment plan rather than paying all at once.

Because we compare four lenders instead of pushing one, patients with excellent, good, or still-rebuilding credit often find a workable option — and a co-applicant with stronger credit can widen the choices further. There's no cost and no credit hit to find out where you land.

Start with the free consultation and free 3D scan. You'll leave with your treatment plan, your options, and your real monthly number — and whether you move forward is entirely, genuinely up to you.

Dental Implant Financing QuestionsAnswered Without The Fine Print

How much are dental implants per month with financing?

It depends on the amount financed, the term you choose, and your approved rate — which is why we won't invent a number before your plan exists. Roughly 92% of our full-arch patients use a payment plan. Your exact monthly figure is confirmed in writing at your free consultation, once your treatment plan is set — the free 3D CBCT scan produces the itemized quote, and the quote produces the payment.

Will checking my rate hurt my credit score?

No. Prequalifying with our lending partners is a soft check that shows your estimated rate and monthly payment without affecting your credit score. You only trigger a hard inquiry if you decide to move forward and formally accept an offer — so it costs you nothing to find out where you stand.

What credit score do I need to finance dental implants?

There's no single cutoff, because each lender sets its own approval rules and looks at more than the score: your credit history, your income, and the debt you already carry. That's exactly why we compare four lenders instead of pushing one. Proceed Finance, Cherry, Happen Bank (formerly LendingClub), and CareCredit each approve different profiles, so patients with excellent, fair, or still-rebuilding credit often find a workable option, and a co-applicant with stronger credit can widen the choices. Prequalifying shows you where you stand without affecting your credit score.

Is there interest-free financing for dental implants?

Sometimes. Some of the lenders we work with offer promotional periods, and the terms are set by the lender, not by us. Read one detail before you choose: with a deferred-interest promotion, if the balance isn't paid in full by the end of the promotional period, the interest for the whole period can be added back. A fixed-rate loan has no such cliff, because the rate you're approved for is the rate you pay for the whole term. We'll lay both kinds of offer side by side, in writing, so you can pick the one that fits how you'll actually pay.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for dental implants?

In most cases, yes. Health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts pay for medical care as the IRS defines it in Publication 502, which includes dental treatment, and implants that replace missing teeth are generally treated as eligible; purely cosmetic work, like whitening, is not. Because that money goes in before tax, paying from it effectively lowers your cost by your tax rate. Check your plan's rules and limits with its administrator. We give you itemized receipts for the claim, and you can use the account for part of the bill and finance the rest.

Are dental implants tax deductible?

They can be. If you itemize deductions on your federal return, the IRS lets you deduct medical and dental expenses beyond 7.5% of your adjusted gross income, and implants that replace teeth are generally included. Amounts paid from an HSA or FSA can't be deducted a second time. Every tax situation is different, so confirm with a tax professional; we'll give you the itemized statement they'll ask for.

Can I use dental insurance and financing together?

Yes, and most patients do. The usual order is insurance first, then HSA or FSA funds, then financing for what's left. PPO plans cap annual benefits, often at around $1,000–$2,000, so when a plan has stages anyway, for example a bone graft that must heal before the implant goes in, some plans let you use two years of benefits if the stages fall in different plan years. We'll check whether your plan and your treatment timeline allow it before you decide anything.

Do you take dental insurance?

Yes — we work with all PPO dental plans and are in-network with many, including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Guardian, UnitedHealthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, and Blue Shield of California. We verify your benefits and file the claim for you to maximize your reimbursement, then financing typically covers the balance. We're currently unable to accept Medicare, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, or HMO (DMO) plans for implant procedures.

What keeps the cost down here?

Because we're family-owned and do everything under one roof — the surgery, the planning, and the CAD/CAM lab that makes your teeth. There are no franchise fees, no outside-lab markups, and no fly-in surgeon travel costs padding your bill. Full-arch treatment is priced per arch — All-on-4 is one fixed, all-included fee of $14,999 per arch, and an arch that needs six or eight implants is quoted in writing — every cost is itemized in writing before anything begins, and warranty terms matched to your materials are written into your treatment plan and honored here, by the doctors who treated you. We don't claim to be the cheapest — our cost page shows typical California ranges and what moves your own number.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!

I did a lot of research before choosing a doctor for my dental implant treatment. After comparing different options, including ClearChoice, I decided to visit Dr. Jain. He explained the entire All-on-8 treatment process in detail and made me feel much more confident about my decision. One thing that really impressed me was that they have their own in-house dental lab, which makes the entire process more convenient and efficient. Dr. Jain and his team pay attention to every detail. They don’t just focus on completing the treatment; they also make sure the final smile looks beautiful and natural. I am very happy with my experience and the results. I highly recommend Dr. Jain and the Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone considering full-mouth dental implants I choose right away I don’t because I thought dr Jain has a great knowledge in implntology over 20 year experience .

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Center for Implant Dentistry in Fremont, and I genuinely believe this amazing team deserves special recognition. Before deciding where to get my dental implants, I spent a lot of time researching different providers and treatment options. Having had dental implants before, I knew how important it was to choose experienced, qualified professionals. This wasn't a decision I took lightly, and I'm so glad I chose this team. I want to give a heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and the entire clinical staff. Because my dental situation was particularly complex and far from a typical case, my surgery started around 5:00 PM and didn't finish until approximately 2:30 AM the next morning. That's nearly nine and a half hours! What truly impressed me wasn't just how long they worked, but the patience, professionalism, and dedication they showed every step of the way. I especially want to recognize the staff members who stayed with the doctors throughout those long hours. Their hard work, care, and commitment were just as important to my experience, and they absolutely deserve recognition. I truly appreciate everything they did. Today marks exactly one week since my surgery, and I've already received my new teeth. I'm extremely happy with how they look and with my experience so far. I understand that healing takes time, but everything up to this point has been wonderful. To Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and every single member of the team, thank you from the bottom of my heart. My family and I are incredibly grateful for the care and dedication you've shown me. You've earned not only my gratitude, but also my genuine respect. I couldn't be happier with my decision to trust this team with my smile!

I went to Dr Arpana and Dr Sambhav in an emergency requiring extraction of multiple teeth and a dental implant. They accommodated me in their busy schedule and took good care of me. They have the entire setup (3D X-ray, implants, crown etc) and I didn’t have to run to multiple people for my treatment. I was treated very professionally and I felt cared for. Highly recommend them. I referred my family and they have had very positive experience as well. A big thumbs up on the quality of service!
