Getting Here From Peninsula

For the Peninsula our San Francisco office at 4318 Geary Blvd, Suite 201 is usually the nearer door. From San Mateo, Burlingame and Millbrae it is straight up US-101 or El Camino Real, about 20 to 30 minutes. From Redwood City and Menlo Park, US-101 north or the quieter I-280, roughly 30 to 40. From Pacifica and Half Moon Bay, CA-1 north or CA-92 over the hill to I-280; coastside visits are clustered so the drive is made as few times as possible.

From the south end of the county, the Dumbarton Bridge puts our Fremont office within reach as well. Both offices are complete implant centers run by the same two owner doctors, and we route each visit whichever way is shorter for you. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you. Nearest office: San Francisco, 4318 Geary Blvd, Suite 201, San Francisco.

The Center for Implant Dentistry has placed and restored implants since 2008, and implants are all it does. The same two owner doctors — Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta, a married team of ICOI Masters — plan, place and restore every case themselves. There is no fly-in surgeon and no hand-off to a restoring dentist across town, and the lab that mills your teeth is down the hall from the surgical suite.

Implant treatment is one of the largest health decisions most people make. In California a fixed full arch commonly runs $20,000–$35,000 per jaw, and a full-mouth case is two arches. Against a decision that size, an hour or two in the car matters far less than who plans the case, how often they do this work, and who stands behind it afterward.

Every implant treatment

One Team, One Roof, Every Kind Of Case

From the first scan to the final teeth, Peninsula patients are treated start to finish in one practice: consultation, 3D imaging, surgery, sedation, and the lab that makes the teeth.

Complex cases

Told You're Not A Candidate?

Very often, that is where our work starts. Long-term denture wear and missing teeth shrink the jawbone, but bone grafting, angled full-arch placement and zygomatic implants let many people move forward after being turned away elsewhere.

  • Not enough bone

Angled implants, grafting, or zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone — the 3D scan shows which your anatomy allows.

  • An implant that failed elsewhere

We routinely rescue implants placed at other offices that have loosened or failed.

  • Years in dentures

Fixed teeth are often still possible after long denture wear, even when the bone has shrunk.

  • A second opinion

Bring another office's plan. We'll read it against your own 3D scan and tell you plainly what we would do.

Start with the free consultation and 3D CBCT scan (a $499 value)

A real patient's experience

Beyond The Treatment Plan: Denise's Story

Denise describes full-mouth implant treatment after being told she did not have enough bone. This is her individual experience with our practice; your options, timing and results depend on your own examination.

  • Denise · Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient

Told there was no bone left

Her own dentist said her jaw could not hold implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta found otherwise, and her permanent, custom-milled teeth were in 72 hours after surgery.

How much do implants cost?

What Implant Treatment Costs In California Before anyone quotes you a number

These are not our fees or a statewide average. They are broad planning ranges: the single-implant and full-arch rows reflect our own observation of California pricing, and the other rows are anchored to one public California dental-practice price page, with conservative tool groupings where its rows do not match a case one-to-one. Ours are given to you in writing after the free 3D scan.

Illustrative California planning ranges

A single implant, abutment and crown
$3,500–$7,500
A fixed bridge on two to four implants
$8,000–$11,000
A fixed full-arch restoration · per arch
$20,000–$35,000
Tooth extraction · per tooth
$150–$450
Bone grafting · per site
$200–$3,500
Sinus lift · per side
$1,500–$5,000
IV sedation · per visit
$200–$800

We publish no flat treatment fees. An honest number depends on your bone, on how many teeth are being replaced, and on the preparatory work your case needs — so it is written down for you after the scan, and nothing is scheduled before you have it.

The page linked below, checked August 2026, is the source for every row except the single-implant and full-arch rows. It is one public price-page example, not a representative survey, and its rows do not map one-to-one to every line above.

Before you choose an implant practice

Compare The Whole Plan. Then Plan The Drive.

Considering dental implants from Peninsula? Compare the treatment, the team and the return visits together. A full-arch decision includes the care after surgery as well as the day you receive your teeth.

  1. One arch or both jaws?

Ask whether a quote covers one arch or both jaws, and whether it includes extractions, grafting, sedation, temporary teeth, final teeth and follow-up. Bring an existing written plan if you would like a second opinion.

How to compare an implant quote
  2. Plan the return visits too

Before committing to a longer drive, ask which appointments require an in-person visit, where each will happen, who to call if a problem develops, and whether you need an escort or an overnight stay. Confirm your schedule with the team before booking travel.

    Travel and follow-up planning
  3. Understand the total commitment

A monthly payment is only part of the comparison. Review the total treatment fee, what may cost extra, the financing term, interest and any down payment. The market ranges above are a reference; your written treatment plan sets your individual fee.

The Questions We Hear Most Often From Peninsula

Which office is closer for Peninsula patients?

From Daly City to San Mateo, our San Francisco office on Geary Boulevard, about 20 to 30 minutes away. From Redwood City, Menlo Park and East Palo Alto the two are closer to even, since the Dumbarton Bridge leads straight to Fremont. We confirm the better one when you book.

Can Peninsula patients have full-arch surgery in San Francisco?

Full-arch and sedation cases are treated at either office by the same two owner doctors. Some complex surgical days are scheduled at the Fremont flagship; when that suits your case better we say so at the consultation and plan the logistics with you.

Can I do everything in one trip from the Peninsula?

Usually, yes, for the planning and often for the surgery. The consultation, 3D CBCT scan and written treatment plan happen in one appointment. Qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases receive surgery and permanent teeth in the same trip, and full-arch cases typically add a final-teeth visit within about 72 hours of surgery. Every required trip is mapped, in writing, before you commit.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Center for Implant Dentistry! From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I walked out with my beautiful new smile, I felt welcomed, cared for, and confident that I was in the right hands. I had All-on-6 full upper and lower implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta are incredibly talented at what they do. They didn’t just give me new teeth — they gave me a new lease on life. Seeing my new smile for the first time was emotional, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the end result. The amount of skill, care, and attention to detail that went into my treatment was incredible. The entire staff was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone was welcoming, patient, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Having major dental work done can be scary, but they took such great care of me every step of the way. I walked in hoping to get my smile back, and I walked out with more confidence than I could have imagined. I can smile again without trying to hide my teeth, and that means more to me than I can put into words. Thank you, Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and the entire Center for Implant Dentistry team for giving me my smile and my confidence back. You truly changed my life, and I will forever be grateful. If you are considering dental implants and are nervous or unsure about taking that first step, I wholeheartedly recommend Center for Implant Dentistry. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly life-changing experience.

I had been hiding my smile for a long time. Eating was difficult, smiling in photos felt uncomfortable, and little by little it started affecting my confidence in ways I did not even realize. Walking into Center for Implant Dentistry, I was hopeful, but also nervous. This was a big decision for me. Now, when I look in the mirror, I do not just see new teeth. I see my confidence coming back. I can smile freely again, eat comfortably, and feel like myself again. That is something I will always be grateful for. I highly recommend Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone thinking about dental implants. This place did not just change my smile. It changed how I feel about myself. I visited again this Implant Center for checkups and the whole staff is lovely.
