Brisbane tucks into the lap of San Bruno Mountain, close enough to San Francisco that the skyline is part of the view — and close enough to our Geary Boulevard office that the drive is about twenty minutes up 101 and across town. For a small city of a few thousand, that's a short trip to an implant center that patients fly in for from other states.
Being near isn't the same as being served, though. Brisbane has excellent general dentists; what it doesn't have is a practice that does implants exclusively, with the surgeons who own it planning every case. Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta are both ICOI Masters, and they place and restore each patient themselves — the same two faces from consult to final teeth.

Insurance and payments
Employer PPO plans are verified in writing; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted for implants. Financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification.

What if I need bone work first?
Then it is planned rather than sprung on you. Grafting rebuilds lost height and width, angled placement works around thin ridges, and zygomatic implants anchor in the cheekbone when the upper jaw has little left. The free scan is what shows which of those, if any, your case needs.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed.
