  • Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient

Thirty years without seeing a dentist

At 66, with about a third of his teeth left, he had been avoiding care through a heart operation and a diabetes diagnosis. He ranks the day alongside his wedding and his children’s births.

  • Dental Implant Patient

An implant that failed somewhere else

They arrived carrying another provider’s work. What mattered was the in-house lab and both surgeons being hands-on — and the confidence it returned to their practice as a marriage and family therapist.

Menlo Park Kept Its Craftsmen. So Did We.

Menlo Park still keeps a working artisans' colony at the Allied Arts Guild — weavers and woodworkers a few blocks from Santa Cruz Avenue's boutiques. That's the right lens for what actually decides how your implant turns out: not the titanium, which is standardized, but the handwork and machining behind the tooth that sits on it. Ours happens in our own lab — CNC mills, CAD designers, and ceramists finishing zirconia by hand under an engineer's direction — rather than at an anonymous facility your case ships to.

A real patient at the practice. Individual results vary.

Owning the workshop changes the calendar. Many qualifying single implants are finished in about 24 hours; full arches in about 72. It changes accountability too: the surgeons who place your implants, Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta, own the practice, and the written care-for-life commitment behind your teeth is honored by them personally — not a warranty card with network fine print.

From the Willows or downtown, US-101 north reads about 40 minutes to our Geary office in the Richmond District; from Sharon Heights, I-280 north is the cleaner run. That office handles your consultation, free 3D CBCT scan, and follow-ups; both offices are complete implant centers, so surgery and same-day teeth are available at either.

Sand Hill Road sits inside city limits, so we'll say it in diligence terms: every material claim we make is checkable — license numbers against the state registry, study citations on our research page, and an itemized quote you can benchmark against any competing term sheet. Bring one; the comparison session is free. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

Implant treatment for Menlo Park

The Workshop In The Same Building

The treatments Menlo Park searches for, milled and fitted where the surgery happens.

Not a candidate, reconsidered

Angled placement, grafting or zygomatic implants; the free scan decides.

Explantation

A failed implant removed and replaced on the failed-implant page, by the surgeon who diagnoses it.

The teeth

A single tooth implant, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design, final set about 72 hours after surgery; IV sedation available.

From Menlo Park

Menlo Park Kept Its Craftsmen. So Did We.

Menlo Park searches for dental implants and implant dentistry in Menlo Park and for implant explantation, and asks about a working week, being told you are not a candidate, and how the cost is presented. A town that kept an artisans' guild understands why the workshop matters: ours mills and fits the teeth in the same building as the surgery.

Told you are not a candidate

Ask for the scan before accepting it. An angled placement reaches bone that is still there; a graft rebuilds what is not; zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone carry an upper arch when the jaw cannot. The free 3D CBCT scan at Geary says which applies, and the zygomatic versus grafting page explains how the choice is made.

Explantation in Menlo Park's searches

A failed implant is removed by the same two owner-surgeons who place them, the site grafted if it needs it, and a fresh placement planned when the bone is ready, on the failed-implant page. The surgeon who diagnoses it is the one who treats it.

Around a working week, and in diligence terms

Weekday appointments run until 7:30 PM and Saturdays until 6:00 PM; the consultation and scan are one visit, surgery is one visit, and for qualifying patients the permanent crown follows in as little as 24 hours or the final full-arch set in about 72 hours. The cost is presented as an itemized written quote: published California ranges (September 2026) put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500 and a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw, and our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out. Every license is checkable by name on the Dental Board of California's lookup.

Up 101 or 280

From downtown and The Willows, US-101 north to I-280 and 19th Avenue to Geary takes thirty-eight to fifty-two minutes; from Sharon Heights, I-280 north, forty to fifty-five. All-on-4, our All-on-8 Robust design and a single tooth implant each have their own page; financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification, and the consultation and scan are free (a $499 value).

The Questions We HearMost Often From Menlo Park

How long from Menlo Park?

I-280 north to CA-1/19th Avenue, then east on Geary into the Richmond District — 38 to 52 minutes depending on the hour. The San Francisco office covers the consultation, the 3D scan, and follow-ups, and surgery and same-day teeth happen there too — both offices are complete implant centers with the same two owner doctors.

Can this be scheduled around a working week?

Usually. We are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment, and because imaging and the lab sit under one roof, visits stack rather than multiply — one appointment for the consultation, the scan, and the written plan instead of three separate trips up the Peninsula.

I have been told I am not a candidate.

That is worth a second read of your own anatomy. Most people told no elsewhere have a route — grafting, angled placement, or zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone for severe upper-jaw loss. A free 3D CBCT scan measures what you actually have. If the answer really is no, you will be told plainly.

How is the cost presented?

Itemized, in writing, before you commit to anything — every step and every cost, not a range and not a verbal figure. If you have a PPO plan we verify the benefit in writing first, so the insurance contribution and the financed balance appear side by side rather than one at a time.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
