What is the honest failure risk?
Implants are highly successful but nothing in medicine is guaranteed, and California law rightly forbids advertising one. Success depends on your health, your bone, your home care, and factors no dentist controls. Your doctor will go through what your particular scan suggests rather than quoting a national average at you.
