  • Denise · Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient

Told there was no bone left

Her own dentist said her jaw could not hold implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta found otherwise, and her permanent, custom-milled teeth were in 72 hours after surgery.

  • Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient

Thirty years without seeing a dentist

At 66, with about a third of his teeth left, he had been avoiding care through a heart operation and a diabetes diagnosis. He ranks the day alongside his wedding and his children’s births.

The Hill Between The Freeways

Belmont Climbs Into Its Canyons. Pick Either Freeway Down.

Belmont lives on a slope — Ralston Avenue climbs from El Camino up into the canyons, past Twin Pines Park's creekside city hall, toward the Water Dog Lake trails. The practical gift of that geography: you straddle both US-101 and I-280, so the roughly 35-minute run to our office at 4318 Geary is whichever freeway you're closer to that morning.

A real patient at the practice. Individual results vary.

The reason to make it is concentration. Implants are the entire practice — placed and restored by the two surgeons who own it, Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta, both ICOI Masters, working from the same address since 2008. Consultations and follow-ups happen at the Geary office; surgical days run in Fremont beside the CAD/CAM lab, which finishes many qualifying single implants as final teeth in about a day and full arches in about 72 hours.

That concentration matters most on the hard cases: upper jaws with little bone left, grafts that failed elsewhere, implants placed at other offices now causing trouble. Zygomatic anchors, targeted grafting, and rescue work are Tuesday material here, planned on a free 3D CBCT scan — together with the exam, a $499 value.

Money is handled the Belmont-hills way: on solid footing. Itemized written quotes, PPO claims filed for you, and financing compared across several trusted healthcare lenders before you commit to anything. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

From Belmont

Belmont Climbs Into Its Canyons. Pick Either Freeway Down.

Belmont searches for affordable dental implants in Belmont and All-on-4, and asks about evenings, insurance and how long the temporary teeth last. The town straddles 101 and 280, so the Geary Boulevard office is thirty to fifty minutes by either; this page answers the four questions.

How long in temporary teeth

For qualifying full-arch patients, about three days: fixed temporary teeth go on the day of surgery and the final custom-milled set follows in about 72 hours from the lab in the Fremont building. For a single implant the permanent crown follows in as little as 24 hours. The scan decides who qualifies; where it does not, the temporary period is written into the plan with a date.

Affordable implants in Belmont's search

Published California ranges (September 2026) put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500 and a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw; our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out. Affordable here is the itemized number after the free scan, no graft billed by default, financing across four lenders compared with a soft-check pre-qualification, and the affordable implants page explains each lever.

Insurance, and evenings

Employer PPO plans contribute to parts of implant treatment up to the annual maximum and are verified in writing with the claim filed for you; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted. Weekday appointments run until 7:30 PM and Saturdays until 6:00 PM.

Either freeway

From Belmont Heights and the hills, I-280 north to 19th Avenue and east to Geary takes thirty to forty-five minutes; from Sterling Downs and the bay side, US-101 to 280, thirty-five to fifty. All-on-4, our All-on-8 Robust design, a single tooth implant and IV sedation each have their own page; zygomatic implants carry an upper arch when the bone has thinned.

The Questions We HearMost Often From Belmont

What's the drive from Belmont?

I-280 north to CA-1 and 19th Avenue, then Geary east — 30 to 45 minutes depending on the hour. Consultations, scans, and follow-ups happen at the San Francisco office; the surgical day is typically in Fremont, where the lab that mills your teeth is a few steps from the chair.

Can I be seen outside working hours?

Often. We are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment, so late-afternoon appointments are ordinary rather than a special arrangement. One visit covers the consultation, the 3D scan, and the written plan, which keeps the number of trips down for anyone driving up the Peninsula.

How does insurance work for implants?

We work with all PPO dental plans, are in-network with many, verify your exact benefits in writing, and file the claim for you. Set the honest expectation: most plans cap yearly benefits at a set maximum and treat implants as major work, so insurance helps with part of the bill.

How long am I in temporary teeth?

Often not at all. Qualifying single- and multiple-implant patients receive final custom-milled teeth in as little as 24 hours; full-arch cases typically about 72 hours after surgery. That is what the in-house lab buys you — not months of removable plastic while an outside laboratory works its queue.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
