The winding roads up here, Page Mill, Moody, Altamont, are famous with cyclists and less so with anyone in a hurry. Coming off the hill past Foothill College at the El Monte Road interchange, you'll pick up CA-84 and the Dumbarton Bridge to reach our Fremont office in roughly 35 minutes when traffic cooperates.
Los Altos Hills is a town of large lots and long-term thinking, and that fits how we work. Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta own the center and personally plan, place, and restore each case, both ICOI Masters. There's no handoff to a fly-in surgeon. Dr. Jain also developed the All-on-8 Robust full-arch protocol, drawing on his mechanical-engineering training.
What earns the drive is what's under one roof: a free 3D CBCT scan, X-Guide and Navident EVO guided surgery, IV sedation, and an on-site zirconia mill. Many qualifying patients walk out with final teeth in about 24 hours, or 72 hours for a full arch. We also take zygomatic and failed-implant cases that other offices decline.
Los Altos Hills has no commercial zone by design — the town is all lanes, paddocks, and views, and residents drive for every service they use. I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
