  • Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient

A boxer chose his own material

He wanted a soft give rather than something rigid, compared the options himself, and picked ceramic polymer over zirconia — custom-made rather than off the shelf.

  • Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient

Years of dentures that never fit

One problem anchor tooth came out, and a new upper and lower set followed within days. They describe relief, a broad smile, and feeling youthful again.

CUPERTINO, CA

Cupertino Measures Everything. Measure Us Too.

Cupertino is a city that reads the spec sheet. Parents here compare test scores the way engineers compare tolerances, and the Apple Park ring off I-280 is a daily reminder that this town expects things built properly the first time. Bring that same scrutiny to your implant consultation — we'd rather be examined than believed. Every credential we claim, from both surgeons' California licenses to their ICOI Masterships, is published with lookup instructions so you can check the registries yourself before you ever sit in our chair.

A patient arriving for an implant consultation
Most people arrive having already been told no somewhere else.

The drive is the easy part: from Monta Vista, Garden Gate, or the Rancho Rinconada pool district, I-280 to I-880 puts you at our Fremont office in about half an hour, against commute flow most of the day. One visit gets you a free consultation with a 3D CBCT scan — together a $499 value — and an itemized written quote, line by line, the kind of document you can actually compare against any other office's number.

What the scan feeds is a genuinely unusual workflow. Dr. Sam Jain — a DMD who first earned a master's in mechanical engineering — plans implant positions off your bone density the way a structural engineer sets loads, then the on-site CAD/CAM lab mills your final teeth a few doors from the surgical suite. For many qualifying single-implant patients that means a finished tooth in about a day; full arches run about 72 hours. No shipping, no months of loaner plastic.

And if a De Anza Boulevard office has already told you there isn't enough bone, ask us to look before you accept it. Angled placement, grafting, and zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone turn many of those refusals into treatable cases — reading other offices' quotes and scans is a normal Tuesday here. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

Implant treatment for Cupertino

The Spec Sheet

Every treatment Cupertino searches for, with its material and its timeline.

All-on-4, All-on-6, All-on-8

All-on-4, All-on-6 or our All-on-8 Robust design, compared on the comparison page; zirconia or PMMA final teeth about 72 hours after surgery for qualifying patients.

Single tooth, implant-supported dentures

A single tooth implant, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; a denture held still on the implant-supported dentures page.

Bone grafts, or not

A graft when the scan calls for one; angled placement or zygomatic implants when it does not; IV sedation available.

From Cupertino

Cupertino Measures Everything. Measure Us Too.

Cupertino's searches read like a spec sheet: dental implants and tooth implants in Cupertino, All-on-4, All-on-6, implant-supported dentures, single tooth implants, full mouth reconstruction, bone grafts, and the question of metal-free implants. Thirty minutes up 280 and 880, here is the sheet.

Metal-free, and what the teeth are made of

The implants placed here are titanium, the material with the longest track record of bone growing onto it; the final full-arch teeth can be zirconia, a metal-free ceramic, or PMMA, and the choice is made with you on the scan. The warranty follows the material you choose and is written into the plan.

All-on-4, All-on-6, and the denture question

All-on-4 is a fixed $14,999 arch with every inclusion written out; All-on-6 and our All-on-8 Robust design add implants where the bone allows, compared on the comparison page. A denture held still by two or more implants, on the implant-supported dentures page, costs less than a fixed arch and still comes out at night. Published California ranges (September 2026) put a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw.

Told there is not enough bone on De Anza Boulevard

Ask us to look at the scan before accepting it. An angled placement, a graft at $200–$3,500 per site in published ranges, or zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone turn most of those refusals into a plan. A single tooth implant runs about $3,500–$7,500 with its crown and is permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients.

A demanding schedule, insurance, and the drive

Weekday appointments run until 7:30 PM and Saturdays until 6:00 PM; the course is counted in appointments, with the final full-arch set about 72 hours after surgery for qualifying patients. Employer PPO plans are verified in writing before anything is scheduled; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted; financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification. From Rancho Rinconada, Lawrence Expressway to I-280 and I-880 north takes about thirty minutes; from Monta Vista, CA-85 to 280 and 880, thirty to thirty-five. The consultation and scan are free (a $499 value).

The Questions We HearMost Often From Cupertino

What is the drive from Cupertino?

Lawrence Expressway to I-280, then I-880 north — about 30 minutes in normal traffic. Because imaging, surgery, and the milling lab share one building in Fremont, that drive covers a consultation, a scan, and a written plan in a single appointment rather than three separate ones.

Do you offer metal-free implants?

Yes — zirconia ceramic implants, fully metal-free and white in color. Patients choose them for thin or receding gums where gray metal could shadow through, or for metal sensitivities. The honest caveat: metal-free is not automatically better, and case selection matters more rather than less. We stock both systems.

Can treatment work around a demanding schedule?

Usually. We are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment, so appointments after the workday are routine. Qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases receive surgery and permanent milled teeth in about 24 hours, which is a very different calendar from months of temporary restorations.

How does the insurance side work?

All PPO plans, in-network with many, benefits verified in writing and the claim filed for you. Most plans cap annual benefits at a set maximum and treat implants as major work, so the written estimate shows what the plan contributes and what remains, side by side.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
