Not months in temporary teeth
For qualifying full-arch patients, about three days: fixed temporary teeth on the day of surgery and the final custom-milled set about 72 hours later from the lab in our building. For a single implant, the permanent crown in as little as 24 hours. The scan decides who qualifies, and where it says otherwise the temporary period is written into the plan with a date.
What the free consultation includes
An hour with one of the two owner-surgeons, a 3D CBCT scan on the screen, and a written plan with the number and the trip count (a $499 value). Nothing is scheduled at that visit unless you ask. A single tooth implant runs about $3,500–$7,500 with its crown in published ranges; implant crowns here are milled in the practice's own lab.
Neglected trees, and the drive
Years in a denture, bone loss or an implant from elsewhere gone wrong are not disqualifying: grafting, angled placement and zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone cover most of it, and the failed-implant page covers rescue. I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants.
