  • Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient

A gap at the front, and no smile

Several teeth missing including one at the front, and years of not smiling. After the upper teeth were replaced they describe meeting a different person in the mirror.

  • Dental Implant Patient

A year in dentures after losing their molars

They found the practice through their own research and reviews. Staff stayed after hours; teeth arrived in three to four days rather than the six months they had been quoted.

WATERFRONT DISTRICT

Two surgeons, one roof, real teeth fast

From Old Town and the marina, our San Francisco office is about 55 minutes out — CA-12 to I-80, across the bridges, onto Geary. Suisun City folks often lump their care in with Fairfield next door, but for implants specifically the destination is worth choosing on its own merits, not by what's nearest.

A clinician examining a patient at the chair
Nothing is promised before the exam and the scan.

This is an implant-only center, not a general dentist who also does implants. Dr. Sam Jain (who holds a master's in mechanical engineering alongside his dental degree) and Dr. Arpana Gupta own it, and they personally handle the planning, surgery, and the final restoration. The zirconia teeth are milled in-house in about 24 hours for many single implants, 72 hours for a full arch.

Failed implant from somewhere else? Told there wasn't enough bone? Those are the cases this practice actively takes — zygomatic implants and grafting included. With 600-plus reviews at 4.9 stars and 15,000-plus patients treated, the drive from the Suisun Channel buys experience that's hard to find between here and the Napa line.

Suisun City rebuilt itself around its own harbor — the waterfront promenade where the marsh meets Main Street is a civic project that actually worked. Rebuilding is our trade too, at a smaller scale and in titanium: jaws hollowed by years of missing teeth, restored on four to eight engineered anchors, planned from a free 3D scan you'll see with your own eyes.

From the harbor promenade it's one road logic the whole way: CA-12 to I-80, and the choice of our Fremont surgical center or the San Francisco office for consults. Either way the first visit produces the same two artifacts — a 3D scan you'll see explained on screen, and a plan on paper you can take home to the waterfront to think over. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

Implant treatment for Suisun City

Rebuilding, At A Smaller Scale

The treatments, in two visits for most cases.

The full arch

All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design; fixed teeth the day of surgery and the final custom-milled set about 72 hours later for qualifying patients.

Graft, or not

Grafting only when the scan calls for it; angled placement or zygomatic implants otherwise.

Failing implants, one tooth, sedation

Rescue; a single tooth implant, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; IV sedation with a companion.

From Suisun City

Two Surgeons, One Roof, Real Teeth Fast

Suisun City sends few implant searches of its own, and the ones it does are the direct questions: an implant consultation, failing implants, teeth implants near me. The town lumps its care in with Fairfield, and neither has an implant surgeon doing full-arch work with in-house milling; fifty-five minutes out CA-12 and I-80, the Geary Boulevard office does.

Is the first visit really free

Yes: a consultation with one of the two owner-surgeons, a 3D CBCT scan, and a written plan with the number and the trip count (a $499 value), with nothing scheduled unless you ask. If the scan says you are not a candidate for any route, you leave knowing why.

If you need bone grafting first

Not always, and never by default. An angled placement reaches bone that is still there; zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone carry an upper arch without a graft; a graft, $200–$3,500 per site in published California ranges (September 2026), is quoted only when the scan calls for it. The zygomatic versus grafting page explains the choice.

How few visits

Two for most cases. The scan on the first; surgery on the second, with fixed teeth the same day for qualifying patients, and for qualifying patients the permanent crown in as little as 24 hours or the final full-arch set in about 72 hours from the lab in the Fremont building. Consultation and follow-ups run at Geary; surgery runs there or at Fremont, confirmed when you book.

Rebuilding, and the drive

A failing implant is examined on the scan and planned for rescue on the failed-implant page. All-on-4 is a fixed $14,999 arch with every inclusion written out; our All-on-8 Robust design uses eight implants; published ranges put a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw and a single tooth implant at about $3,500–$7,500 with its crown. From Old Town and the marina, CA-12 west to I-80 and over the bridges to Geary takes about fifty-five minutes outside rush hour; from Peterson Ranch, fifty-five to seventy. Employer PPO plans are verified in writing, financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification, and IV sedation visits are scheduled with a companion.

Published California ranges (September 2026): an implant with its crown about $3,500–$7,500, a graft $200–$3,500 per site, a fixed arch $20,000–$35,000 per jaw. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out.

The Questions We HearMost Often From Suisun City

What is the drive from Suisun City?

CA-12 west to I-80, over the Carquinez and Bay bridges to Geary Boulevard — about 55 minutes outside rush hour. The San Francisco office handles the consultation, the 3D scan, and follow-ups; surgery and same-day teeth happen there too — both offices are complete implant centers.

How few visits can this be?

One appointment for the consultation, the scan, and the itemized written plan. One surgical day, at which qualifying single- and multiple-implant patients also receive their permanent custom-milled teeth. Full arches typically add a return about 72 hours later. The count is in the plan before you commit.

What if I need bone grafting first?

Then it is planned rather than sprung on you, and often it can be combined with other steps to save a journey. Grafting rebuilds lost height and width; angled placement works around thin ridges; zygomatic implants anchor in the cheekbone when the upper jaw has little left.

Is the first visit really free?

Yes — the exam, a medical-grade 3D CBCT scan, the doctor's read of it, and an itemized written plan, with no obligation. If you decide against treatment, the scan and the plan are still yours to take anywhere else for comparison.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
