  • Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient

Turned away for a difficult gag reflex

Corporate chains felt like a sales pitch, and a strong gag reflex had them turned away elsewhere. Adjusting took learning, and they call the outcome worth every bit of the anxiety.

  • Dental Implant Patient

Turned away for want of bone

Another dentist told her there was not enough bone to work with. She says she feels younger, her husband loves it, and the office worked like a real team.

MIDWAY ON I-80

Skip the six months of temporary teeth

Fairfield sits halfway between Sacramento and San Francisco on I-80, so a specialist in either direction is roughly an hour off. Ours is west, at 4318 Geary Blvd — figure about 55 minutes over the Carquinez and Bay bridges outside rush hour. People come from Green Valley and Rancho Solano because the alternative is being handed off between three offices for one arch of teeth.

Patients drive past three other offices to get to this one.

Everything happens under one roof here. Free 3D CBCT planning, guided surgery with X-Guide and Navident navigation, IV sedation, and a CAD/CAM milling lab in the same building. Dr. Sam Jain developed the All-on-8 Robust full-arch protocol, and he and Dr. Arpana Gupta do the surgery themselves — you're not being routed to a stranger.

If a previous implant failed, or a dentist near Travis said you 'don't have enough bone,' that's exactly the kind of case this practice takes on. Zygomatic implants, bone grafting, rescues of work placed elsewhere. The consult and the 3D scan are free, so the drive costs you a tank of gas, not a deposit. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

From Fairfield

Skip The Six Months Of Temporary Teeth

Fairfield searches for denture implants near Fairfield, dental implants in Fairfield, same-day implants, full mouth implants, All-on-4 and zirconia fixed bridges in Fairfield, and asks about after-work hours, rebuilding credit, and how long until permanent teeth. Halfway between Sacramento and San Francisco, a specialist is an hour either way; ours is west, on Geary Boulevard.

How long until permanent teeth

For qualifying patients, about three days for a full arch: fixed temporary teeth on the day of surgery and the final custom-milled set, zirconia or PMMA, about 72 hours later from the lab in the Fremont building. For a single implant, the permanent crown in as little as 24 hours. The scan decides who qualifies, and where it says otherwise the temporary period is written into the plan with a date.

Denture implants near Fairfield

A denture that moves is held still by two or more implants on the implant-supported dentures page and still comes out at night; a fixed arch, All-on-4 at a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out or our All-on-8 Robust design on eight implants, never does. Published California ranges (September 2026) put a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw; the comparison page sets the designs side by side.

Credit still rebuilding, and after work

Financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification that does not touch your score, and a plan declined by one lender is sometimes accepted by another; employer PPO plans are verified in writing; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted. Weekday appointments run until 7:30 PM and Saturdays until 6:00 PM.

Over the Carquinez and the Bay Bridge

From central Fairfield, I-80 west over both bridges to Geary takes about fifty-five minutes in light traffic; from Cordelia and Green Valley, fifty to sixty-five; from Rancho Solano, about an hour. A single tooth implant runs about $3,500–$7,500 with its crown in published ranges; zygomatic implants and grafting cover thinned bone; IV sedation visits are scheduled with a companion for the bridges. The consultation and scan are free (a $499 value).

The Questions We HearMost Often From Fairfield

How long from Fairfield?

I-80 west over the Carquinez and Bay bridges, exiting toward Geary Boulevard — about 55 minutes in light traffic, more in the commute. Consultations, scans, and follow-ups are at the San Francisco office; both offices are complete implant centers, so surgery and same-day teeth are available at either.

Can I be seen after work?

Often. We are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment, so later appointments are ordinary rather than a special arrangement — which matters when the drive is an hour each way. One visit covers the consultation, the scan, and the written plan instead of three.

What if my credit is still rebuilding?

Four lenders are compared precisely because they approve different profiles, so patients with excellent, good, or rebuilding credit often find something workable. A co-applicant with stronger credit widens it further. Checking costs nothing and does not affect your score.

How long until I have permanent teeth?

Qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases receive final custom-milled teeth in as little as 24 hours; full-arch patients typically about 72 hours after surgery. That timeline comes from the lab sitting beside the surgical suites rather than an outside laboratory's queue.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
