  • Dental Implant Patient

    Teeth worn down by grinding

Years of grinding cost them their confidence. They chose this practice because the work is done in-house and finished within days; now people tell them the teeth look perfect.

  • Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient

Turned away for a difficult gag reflex

Corporate chains felt like a sales pitch, and a strong gag reflex had them turned away elsewhere. Adjusting took learning, and they call the outcome worth every bit of the anxiety.

SOUTH NAPA GATEWAY

Napa County's edge, the city's implant lab

American Canyon sits at the southern tip of Napa County, right where CA-29 meets the road down to the bay. From Vintage Ranch or the Wetlands Edge side of town, our Geary Boulevard office is about 50 minutes — CA-29 to I-80 and over the Bay Bridge. Close enough that a full-arch case doesn't have to mean overnight stays.

A treatment coordinator at the practice
One person follows your case from the first call to the last visit.

The draw is a practice where the owners do the work. Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta plan, place, and restore every case personally, and the final teeth come out of an in-house CAD/CAM lab — about 72 hours for a full arch, milled by an engineer on staff. No handing your case to a rotating fly-in surgeon.

American Canyon doesn't have an implant specialist of its own, and Napa's are a drive in the other direction. For the difficult cases — zygomatic implants for severe bone loss, grafting, or fixing a failed implant from another office — the trip down to the Richmond District is worth it. The consult and 3D scan cost nothing.

American Canyon lives between the wetlands and the wine country's front gate, a commuter town used to earning what it wants a few exits away. The implant version of that trade is concrete: one drive, a free 3D scan of your actual bone, and a written plan — including zygomatic options if years in a denture have thinned the upper jaw. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

From American Canyon

Napa County's Edge, And The City's Implant Lab

American Canyon's searches already sit on page one: full arch dental implants in American Canyon, a single tooth implant in American Canyon, dental implants in American Canyon and Napa. What the town asks is for a second opinion before agreeing to anything, whether you are too old, and how it is paid for. Under an hour down 29 and 80, here are the answers.

A second opinion before agreeing to anything

Bring the plan to the free consultation and 3D CBCT scan at Geary. The second-opinion page explains the line-by-line read against your own scan, at no charge: whether the number of implants is right, whether a graft is needed or assumed, whether the temporary and final teeth are included. Sometimes the answer is that the plan is sound.

Full arch implants in American Canyon's searches

All-on-4 is a fixed $14,999 arch with every inclusion written out; our All-on-8 Robust design uses eight implants where the bone allows; the comparison page sets the designs side by side. Fixed temporary teeth the day of surgery for qualifying patients and the final custom-milled set about 72 hours later from the lab in the Fremont building. Published California ranges (September 2026) put a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw.

Too old, and a single tooth

No; health and bone are assessed, not years, and the implants for seniors page explains which conditions matter. A single tooth implant, the other American Canyon search, runs about $3,500–$7,500 with its crown in published ranges and is permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; grafting and zygomatic implants cover thinned bone.

How it is paid for, and the drive

An itemized written quote after the free scan (a $499 value); employer PPO plans verified in writing; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted; financing across four lenders compared with a soft-check pre-qualification. From central American Canyon, CA-29 south to I-80 west over the Carquinez and Bay bridges to Geary takes about fifty minutes in light traffic; from Vintage Ranch, American Canyon Road to 29, fifty to sixty-five. IV sedation visits are scheduled with a companion for the bridges.

The Questions We HearMost Often From American Canyon

How long from American Canyon?

CA-29 south to I-80 west, over the Carquinez and Bay bridges to Geary Boulevard — about 50 minutes in light traffic. Consultations, scans, and follow-ups happen at the San Francisco office; both offices are complete implant centers, so surgery and same-day teeth are available at either.

I want a second opinion before agreeing to anything.

Come for exactly that. Bring the plan, the quote, and any imaging you have been given. You will get a free exam, your own 3D CBCT scan, and an honest read — including when the other practice's recommendation is the right one. Nobody here is paid on what you accept.

Am I too old for implants?

Age itself almost never decides. The practical test is whether you are healthy enough for a routine extraction and whether there is bone to anchor to. Well-managed heart conditions, diabetes, and bone medications are usually reasons to plan carefully rather than reasons to stop.

How is this paid for?

PPO benefits first where they exist, verified in writing and claimed for you, with most plans capping annual benefits at a set maximum. For the balance, four healthcare lenders are compared and prequalifying is a soft check that does not affect your credit score.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
