Isleton is a long way out. How long?
CA-160 south over the Antioch Bridge to CA-4 west, then I-680 south — about an hour and fifteen-five minutes without traffic. The longest Delta run we serve, which is exactly why the visits are planned as few and grouped deliberately.
Can everything be done in one or two trips?
Close to it for many cases. The consultation, 3D scan, and written plan are one appointment. Qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases can have surgery and receive permanent custom-milled teeth on the treatment visit; full arches typically return once more, about 72 hours after surgery.
If I am sedated, that is a long drive home for someone.
It is, and it is still required — oral and IV sedation both need a driver, without exception. Local anesthesia alone does not. Tell us the distance when you book and we will schedule so the return journey is not made in the dark or in the worst traffic.
Is it worth coming that far?
The honest test is the first visit, which costs nothing. You get a scan of your own bone, a straight read of it, and a written plan you can take to any other practice for comparison. If the answer is that we cannot help you, you will be told plainly.
