  • Dental Implant Patient

Failing veneers, and finally being heard

Earlier providers left her feeling judged. Here she used the 3D design to have a say in the size and shape of her new teeth, and rates the result ten out of ten.

  • Dental Implant Patient

    Teeth worn down by grinding

Years of grinding cost them their confidence. They chose this practice because the work is done in-house and finished within days; now people tell them the teeth look perfect.

Far East County, One Straight Shot

Antioch Drives Past A Dozen Offices. Here's Why The Last One Is Ours.

Antioch sits at the far east edge of the county, out past the Rivertown waterfront and the old rail spurs above the marina. That's a real drive to Fremont — figure roughly 50 to 65 minutes on CA-4 west and I-680 south. We won't pretend it's around the corner. But patients from Antioch keep making it because implants are all we do, and the surgeon who plans your case is the same one who places it and screws in your teeth.

A patient embracing her surgeon after treatment
This happens more often than any brochure would have you believe.

There's no fly-in specialist here. Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta own the practice, and they've treated more than 15,000 patients since 2008. If a general dentist near Lone Tree Way told you there wasn't enough bone, that's usually where our conversation starts, not where it ends — bone grafting, and zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone when the upper jaw is gone.

Your first visit is a free 3D CBCT scan and a written plan, a $499 value at no charge. Because the CAD/CAM zirconia lab is down the hall in Fremont, many single- and multiple-tooth cases leave with permanent milled teeth in about 24 hours — not a temporary you babysit for half a year. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

Implant treatment for Antioch

Same-Day, Full Mouth, Dentures: The Antioch Cases

An hour each way means every visit has to do real work. These are the treatments, and how they are stacked.

Same-day implants

Fixed teeth on the day of surgery for qualifying patients; the permanent crown in as little as 24 hours for single and multiple implants, the final full-arch set in about 72 hours. The same-day page explains candidacy.

Full mouth and All-on-X

All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design, the count chosen after the free scan; a denture held still by implants on the implant-supported dentures page is the lower-cost route.

Sedation, with the driver in mind

IV sedation is available, and the visit is scheduled around the person who drives you the hour home.

From Antioch

Same-Day, Full Mouth, Affordable: The Three Antioch Searches, And Why The Last Office Is Ours

Antioch's searches already put this page on the first two pages for same-day dental implants, All-on-4 and full mouth implants in Antioch. An hour on CA-4 and I-680 passes a dozen dental offices; this is what makes the last one worth it.

Same-day implants, so the drive counts

Same-day here means fixed teeth on the day of surgery. For qualifying single- and multiple-implant patients the permanent crown follows in as little as 24 hours from the lab in our building, and for qualifying full-arch patients the final custom-milled set in about 72 hours, which from Antioch is the difference between three trips and a season of them. Candidacy is confirmed at the free 3D scan; the same-day page explains what decides it.

Full mouth and All-on-X for Antioch

A fixed arch on four, six or eight implants, the count chosen after the scan: All-on-4, or our own All-on-8 Robust protocol where the bone allows. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out; larger arches are quoted in writing against published California ranges (September 2026) of $20,000–$35,000 per jaw. A denture that moves is held still by two or more implants on the implant-supported dentures page, which is the lower-cost route.

Affordable dental implants in Antioch, with the real number

Published ranges put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500. The consultation and scan are free (a $499 value) and produce an itemized quote; financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification; employer PPO plans are verified in writing. HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted for implants. The affordable implants page explains where the money goes.

The hour down CA-4 and 680

From Rivertown and downtown, CA-4 west to I-680 south at Walnut Creek and straight down to Mission Boulevard takes fifty to sixty-five minutes in normal traffic; from Lone Tree Way and Deer Valley, fifty to sixty, no bridges. Sedation visits are scheduled with the driver in mind, and we stack the scan, the plan and where possible the surgery so that nobody makes the drive for ten minutes of work.

The Questions We HearMost Often From Antioch

It's nearly an hour from Antioch. Is that realistic?

It is, if the trips are planned rather than accumulated. CA-4 west to I-680 south at Walnut Creek, then down to Mission Boulevard — 50 to 65 minutes in normal traffic. We schedule far-east-county patients deliberately: consultation, scan, and plan in one appointment, and qualifying cases receive surgery and permanent teeth in the same visit.

If I'm sedated, that's a long drive home for whoever brings me.

It is, and it is still required — oral and IV sedation both need a driver, without exception. Tell us when you book that you are coming from Antioch and we will time the appointment so the return is not in the worst of CA-4. Local anesthesia alone needs no driver at all.

Can this be financed?

For most patients, yes. Four healthcare lenders are compared at your visit rather than one being pushed, because they approve different credit profiles, and checking your rate is a soft inquiry that leaves your score alone. The monthly figure follows your written plan; it is never quoted before the plan exists.

I need most of my teeth replaced. How many trips is that?

Mapped before you commit, and fewer than the distance suggests. One visit for the consultation, scan, and written plan; one surgical day; and for full-arch cases, final custom-milled teeth typically about 72 hours later. Every required trip appears in the written plan, so nothing is a surprise from an hour away.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
