  • Dental Implant Patient

    Teeth worn down by grinding

Years of grinding cost them their confidence. They chose this practice because the work is done in-house and finished within days; now people tell them the teeth look perfect.

  • Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient

Turned away for a difficult gag reflex

Corporate chains felt like a sales pitch, and a strong gag reflex had them turned away elsewhere. Adjusting took learning, and they call the outcome worth every bit of the anxiety.

SHOP THE VILLAGE, THEN CROSS THE BRIDGE

Corte Madera runs on convenience. So does getting your teeth in days.

You already drive US-101 through Corte Madera for The Village and Town Center. Point the car south instead and you reach our Geary Boulevard office in about 30 minutes — one straight shot over the Golden Gate. For an implant center you make that trip a handful of times, not weekly.

The work gets explained in the room where it happens.

What you get for the drive is real full-arch surgery under one roof: free 3D CBCT planning, guided placement with X-Guide and Navident navigation, IV sedation, and our own CAD/CAM zirconia lab. Dr. Sam Jain — a DMD who also holds a master's in mechanical engineering and developed the All-on-8 Robust protocol — engineers the bite himself.

That in-house lab is why timelines here are measured in days. Qualifying single-implant patients often leave with a final milled tooth in about 24 hours; full-arch cases finish in about 72 hours. If a hike up Ring Mountain fits your Saturday, so does a same-week set of teeth.

Ring Mountain above town shelters a wildflower that grows nowhere else on earth — Corte Madera knows some things only thrive in exactly the right ground. Bone is such a ground: the free 3D CBCT scan measures yours in millimeters before any implant is proposed, and when the ground needs building first, grafting is planned from the same scan rather than sold from a script. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

From Corte Madera

You Cross The Bridge For The Village Anyway

Corte Madera's own search, dental implants in Corte Madera, already sits on page one, alongside the questions about the free visit, an implant from another office and the cost. The same thirty-minute drive you make for The Village, pointed south, ends at our Geary Boulevard office.

What the free visit includes, exactly

A consultation with one of the two owner-surgeons, a 3D CBCT scan, and a written plan with the number and the trip count. Nothing is scheduled at that visit unless you ask; the point is to decide at home with the plan in hand. The scan is the thing that answers whether your bone can hold an implant, which is why it comes first and free.

An implant from another office giving trouble

It is examined on the scan and planned on the failed-implant page: sometimes a cleaned surface and a new crown, sometimes removal, a graft and a fresh placement. The surgeon who diagnoses it is the one who treats it, at Geary or at Fremont.

The right ground

Bone is ground an implant has to take in, and the scan measures it. Where it is thin, an angled placement, a graft, or for the upper jaw zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone; a single tooth implant or a full arch, All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design, is planned on what is actually there.

How most patients handle the cost, and the drive

Published California ranges (September 2026) put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500 and a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw; our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out. Most patients combine an employer PPO contribution, verified in writing, with financing across four lenders compared with a soft-check pre-qualification. From Town Center, US-101 south over the Golden Gate to Geary takes about thirty minutes in light traffic; from Paradise Drive, thirty-five to forty. The consultation and scan are free (a $499 value).

The Questions We HearMost Often From Corte Madera

How long from Corte Madera?

US-101 south over the Golden Gate Bridge to the Geary and downtown exits — about 30 minutes in light traffic. Consultations, scans, and follow-ups happen at the San Francisco office, and surgery and same-day teeth happen there too — both offices are complete implant centers with the same two owner doctors.

What does the free visit include, exactly?

An exam, a medical-grade 3D CBCT scan, the owner-doctor's read of what it shows, and an itemized treatment plan in writing before you decide anything. There is no obligation and no scripted presentation, and the scan and plan are yours to take elsewhere if you want a comparison.

An implant from another office is giving me trouble.

Bring it, and bring any quote you were handed to fix it. Struggling and failed implants placed elsewhere are a regular part of the week here. You will get a straight read from the free exam and scan — including when the original work is sound and the trouble lies somewhere else.

How do most patients handle the cost?

PPO benefits first where they exist — verified in writing, claim filed for you, with the honest caveat that most plans cap annual benefits at a set maximum. For the balance, four healthcare lenders are compared and prequalifying is a soft check that does not affect your credit score.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
