Tiburon's Main Street still runs through Ark Row, where century-old houseboats were hauled ashore and turned into shops, and Sam's Anchor Cafe has been pouring on the deck since 1920. It is a town that keeps what is built to last — the same standard you want in a set of implant teeth, and the reason people cross the bridge for a practice that does the whole job itself.
Our San Francisco office is about 30 minutes south, down Tiburon Boulevard to US-101 and over the Golden Gate. There, Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta — both ICOI Masters — plan, place, and restore each case personally, with free 3D CBCT scanning and guided surgery on X-Guide and Navident.
The in-house zirconia lab is what changes the timeline: final milled teeth in about 24 hours for many single implants, about 72 hours for a full arch, instead of months in temporaries. Catch the Angel Island ferry from the dock by the Depot Museum another day — the implant visit itself is quick.
Tiburon's Ark Row is a street of former houseboats hauled ashore a century ago and still in daily use — proof that a well-built thing outlives its first situation. Failed implants deserve the same measured hope: many placed elsewhere and now loose or infected can be rescued, regrafted, and restored, and reading another office's problem case is routine work at our consultation table. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out; published California ranges (September 2026) put a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw and a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500.

Asleep for the surgery
IV sedation is available and most full-arch patients choose it; you are deeply relaxed and remember little, and a companion drives Tiburon Boulevard home. A single tooth is often done under local anesthesia alone. Either way the surgeon is one of the two owner-surgeons, from the examination to the follow-ups.
Built to outlast its first situation
An implant from another office that has failed is examined on the scan and planned for rescue on the failed-implant page. All-on-4 and our All-on-8 Robust design are the fixed-arch routes. From Ark Row and Main Street, Tiburon Boulevard to US-101 south over the Golden Gate to Geary takes about thirty minutes off-peak; through the Presidio, thirty to forty. How long does the whole thing take, start to finish?
For qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases, about 24 hours from surgery to final custom-milled teeth. For a full arch, surgery and then final teeth typically about 72 hours later, with each jaw given its own surgical day when both are treated. Your written plan states your timeline before you commit.
Will I be asleep for the surgery?
Sedated rather than asleep, if you choose it — oral or IV, delivered and monitored by our own ACLS-certified doctors and matched to your health and medications. Most patients remember little of the appointment. Either option requires a driver home; local anesthesia alone does not.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry.
