What's the drive from Larkspur?

The San Francisco office handles consultations, scans, and follow-ups, and because both owner doctors operate at both offices, surgery is available there too — the one thing that brings patients to Fremont is the in-house mill, so same-day teeth are scheduled there.
Can appointments be scheduled outside working hours?
Often. We are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment, so late-afternoon and early-evening appointments are ordinary rather than a special arrangement. One visit covers the consultation, the scan, and the written plan, which keeps the number of trips down considerably.

Bring her, and come with her. Fixed implant teeth end the slipping and the soft-food compromises, and the bone loss that comes with years of denture wear is usually workable — grafting, angled placement, or zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone. The consultation and scan are free for her either way.
Who actually plans and places the implants?
Dr. Sam Jain or Dr. Arpana Gupta, the two owner-doctors, from the first scan through the final tooth and the follow-ups after it. Nobody flies in, places implants, and leaves. The person who reads your scan with you is the person performing the surgery.
