Procedures performed: Full mouth dental implants
The Practice
Drive times are approximate, in normal traffic. Same-day permanent teeth apply to qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases; full-arch patients typically receive final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours. Candidacy is confirmed after an exam and free 3D imaging.

Denise · Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient
Her own dentist said her jaw could not hold implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta found otherwise, and her permanent, custom-milled teeth were in 72 hours after surgery.

Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient
At 66, with about a third of his teeth left, he had been avoiding care through a heart operation and a diabetes diagnosis. He ranks the day alongside his wedding and his children’s births.

Past The Orchards, Worth The Miles
Brentwood is cherry and corn country — the u-pick stands off Walnut Boulevard and the farm stalls along Marsh Creek Road are the real thing. It's also the far corner of the county, so Fremont runs about 55 to 70 minutes on CA-4 and I-680. For patients from the Streets of Brentwood side of town, the calculus is simple: drive once to a practice that does implants and nothing else, rather than local-shop a surgery this permanent.

Everything happens under one Fremont roof: a free 3D CBCT scan, guided placement with X-Guide and Navident navigation, IV sedation, and a zirconia milling lab run by our own engineer. That's why the timeline reads in days, not the six-to-eight months of temporaries you may have been quoted — roughly a day for many single-tooth cases, 72 hours for a full arch.
Dr. Sam Jain developed the All-on-8 Robust full-arch protocol — eight implants for a stronger foundation than the usual four — and he and Dr. Gupta place every case themselves. Failed implants from another office, or a jaw a surgeon called hopeless, are exactly the cases they take. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.
Implant treatment for Brentwood
Cherry country knows a harvest. These are the treatments, each with its trip count.
A denture held still by two or more implants on the implant-supported dentures page, or a fixed arch, All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design: three trips for qualifying patients, final teeth about 72 hours after surgery.
A single tooth implant with a crown milled in our own lab, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients: scan, surgery, crown.
The implants for seniors page answers whether the drive is worth it for them; IV sedation is available and the ride home is planned.
From Brentwood
Brentwood's searches are plain, dental implants and denture implants near Brentwood, and the real question underneath them is the one in the FAQ: an hour each way, how many times, and is it worth it for parents in their seventies. The honest count is below.
A single tooth: the free scan and plan on trip one, surgery on trip two, and for qualifying patients the permanent crown on the day after, so a third short trip or an overnight stay nearby. A full arch: scan and plan, then surgery with fixed temporary teeth, then the final custom-milled set about 72 hours later for qualifying patients; three trips. A case that needs a graft first adds one more and a healing gap. We map every trip in writing before you commit, and the traveling for implants page covers the practical side.
A removable denture held by two or more implants stops moving and costs less than a fixed arch; a fixed arch, All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design, never comes out. The implant-supported dentures page compares them, and the implants for seniors page answers whether a parent in their seventies is a candidate; usually they are. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with inclusions written out.
Brentwood searched for a dentist that accepts Medicaid; we cannot accept Medi-Cal or Medicare for implants, and we say so before anyone drives an hour. What we can do: PPO plans verified in writing, financing across four lenders with a soft-check pre-qualification, and an itemized quote after the free consultation and scan (a $499 value). Published California ranges (September 2026) put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500 and a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw.
The first visit is the scan, and the scan is the answer: whether you are a candidate, which treatment, how many trips, what it costs. From downtown and Balfour Road, the CA-4 Bypass to CA-4 west and I-680 south takes fifty-five to seventy minutes; from Deer Ridge and Shadow Lakes, about an hour, one straight run down the freeway.

Few, by design. CA-4 Bypass to CA-4 west, then I-680 south — 55 to 70 minutes. The consultation, 3D scan, and itemized plan happen in a single appointment; qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases receive surgery and permanent teeth on the treatment visit itself. Every trip is written into the plan before you agree to anything.
That is the right question to ask about any distance. What it buys is the same two owner-doctors from first scan to final tooth, an in-house lab that shortens months into days, and sedation given by ACLS-certified doctors. For someone who finds every trip across the county an effort, fewer visits is the whole argument.
Not for implant procedures — nor HMO or DMO plans. We do work with all PPO dental plans and are in-network with many. If a Medicare Advantage plan includes a dental allowance, bring the plan details and we will help you verify what it contributes, then show the financed monthly option beside it.
You don't need to drive twice. The first visit answers it: an exam, a free 3D CBCT scan that measures your actual bone, the doctor's read of what it shows, and a written plan in your hand before you leave. If the answer is no, you will hear that on the same trip.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
