Oakley is Delta country — Main Street follows the old highway line past the vineyards, and the San Joaquin sloughs edge the north end of town. It's an honest hour to Fremont: CA-4 west, then I-680 south, roughly 55 to 70 minutes. We're not going to shave that number. What we can do is make the drive worth it by finishing your case fast, because implants are the only thing we do.
From the Summer Lake and Cypress Grove neighborhoods, patients come to us because everything lives under one Fremont roof — free 3D CBCT scan, guided placement, IV sedation, and an in-house CAD/CAM zirconia lab. That means permanent teeth in about 24 hours for many single and multiple implants, and 72 hours for a full arch, instead of months of temporaries and repeat trips down CA-4.

If I have sedation, who drives me back out to east county?
Someone you bring — that rule does not bend for distance. Oral and IV sedation both require a driver home. Tell us you are coming from Oakley when you book and we will time the appointment so the return is not in the worst of CA-4. Local anesthesia alone requires no driver.
Do you accept Medi-Cal or Medicare?
Not for implant procedures, and not HMO or DMO plans either. We do work with all PPO dental plans and are in-network with many. If a Medicare Advantage plan carries a dental allowance, bring the details and we will help you verify what it contributes, then show the financed option beside it.
How will I know if I'm a candidate without making the trip twice?
You won't have to. The first visit settles it: an exam, a free 3D CBCT scan measuring your actual bone, the doctor's read of what it shows, and a written plan in your hand before you leave. If the answer is no, you hear it on that same trip rather than a week later.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry.
