Procedures performed: Full mouth dental implants
The Practice
Drive times are approximate, in normal traffic. Same-day permanent teeth apply to qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases; full-arch patients typically receive final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours. Candidacy is confirmed after an exam and free 3D imaging.
Your surgeons
Vintners and physicists both read fine print for a living. The fine print here names two owner-surgeons who place every implant themselves.

Upper and lower All-on-4, with expectations set plainly before surgery. Nearly two years on, they say the embarrassment is gone and the result was worth it.

Earlier providers left her feeling judged. Here she used the 3D design to have a say in the size and shape of her new teeth, and rates the result ten out of ten.

WINE COUNTRY, PRECISION SURGERY
one of California's oldest wine regions takes its time — Wente and Concannon have been at it for over a century. Your implants don't need that patience. From downtown or the vineyards it's I-580 west to I-680 south over the Sunol Grade, about 30 to 40 minutes to our Fremont office, where final teeth come in days, not months.

Livermore has good dentists near First Street and the wineries out on Tesla Road, but implant surgery is a specialty of its own. When the plan is a full arch, a failed implant, or a 'not enough bone' diagnosis, Tri-Valley patients drive to owner-surgeons who do implants exclusively. Dr. Sam Jain developed the All-on-8 Robust full-arch protocol; he and Dr. Arpana Gupta place every case in person.
The reason the drive is worth it sits under one roof: free 3D CBCT planning, guided surgery, IV sedation, and an in-house zirconia mill run by engineer Andy Jain. Many qualifying single-implant patients finish in about 24 hours; full-arch cases typically take 72 hours — no half-year in temporaries.
Livermore splits its identity between wine country and the national lab — vintners on one edge of town, physicists on the other — and both camps read fine print for a living. Ours holds up: an itemized written quote after the free scan, a credentials page with registry lookup instructions, and study citations you can chase to the source before you decide anything. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.
Implant treatment for Livermore
Wine country takes its time. Teeth do not have to, and the trips are counted.
All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design; for qualifying patients surgery and fixed temporary teeth in one visit, final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours.
A single tooth implant, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; an implant bridge; a denture held by implants on the implant-supported dentures page.
A bone graft where needed, an angled placement where possible, zygomatic implants for a thinned upper jaw; the free scan decides and the trips are mapped in writing.
From Livermore
Livermore searches for All-on-4 implants more than any Tri-Valley city, then for implant-supported dentures, tooth replacement options and bone grafting. Wine country takes its time; the question here is how few trips over the Sunol Grade a Livermore case needs.
All-on-4 carries a fixed arch on four implants; our own All-on-8 Robust protocol uses up to eight where the bone allows. For qualifying patients the surgery and fixed temporary teeth happen in one visit and the final custom-milled set follows in about 72 hours, so a Livermore arch is the scan on one trip, surgery on the next, final teeth on the third. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out; published California ranges (September 2026) put a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw.
A single tooth implant, about $3,500–$7,500 with its crown in published ranges and permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; an implant bridge for several teeth; a removable denture held by two or more implants on the implant-supported dentures page; or the fixed arch above. The implants versus bridges page and implants versus dentures explain the trade-offs without a sales pitch.
A graft rebuilds bone that has shrunk after a tooth was lost; published ranges put it at $200–$3,500 per site. It adds a healing stage, which from Livermore is a trip, so we look first for the ways around it: an angled placement into bone that is still there, or zygomatic implants for a thinned upper jaw. The bone grafting page explains the choices; the free CBCT scan makes them.
From downtown and Springtown, I-580 west to I-680 south over the Sunol Grade to Mission Boulevard takes thirty to forty minutes in normal traffic; from South Livermore and the wineries, Tesla or Vineyard to 580 adds five. Sedation visits are scheduled so that nobody drives the grade home alone, and a first visit that ends in no treatment costs nothing: the consultation and scan are free.
Pricing for Livermore patients
Published California ranges (September 2026): an implant with its crown about $3,500–$7,500, a graft $200–$3,500 per site, a fixed arch $20,000–$35,000 per jaw. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out; a first visit that ends in no treatment costs nothing (consultation and scan, a $499 value).
Financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification; employer PPO plans are verified in writing; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted for implants.

That is exactly how we schedule the valley. I-580 west to I-680 south over the grade to Mission Boulevard — 30 to 40 minutes. Consultation, 3D scan, and written plan happen in one appointment, and qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases receive surgery and permanent teeth in the same trip.
Nothing. The exam, the 3D CBCT scan, and the itemized written plan are free, and the plan is yours to take home, compare, or ignore. There is no salesperson in the room and no scripted presentation — the doctor who would treat you is the one who examines you.
For most patients, yes. We compare offers across four healthcare lenders to find the workable rate and term for your situation, and prequalifying is a soft check that does not affect your credit score. The monthly figure is confirmed in writing once your plan exists — never invented before it.
Only if nobody comes with you. Oral and IV sedation both require a driver — over the Sunol Grade, arrange that when you book rather than on the morning. Local anesthesia alone needs no driver, and your doctor confirms which your case calls for at the consultation.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
