Procedures performed: Full mouth dental implants
The Practice
Drive times are approximate, in normal traffic. Same-day permanent teeth apply to qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases; full-arch patients typically receive final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours. Candidacy is confirmed after an exam and free 3D imaging.
Your surgeons
Two surgeons who own the practice and the lab, twenty-five minutes down 238 and 880, and who will still be at the same address for the check-ups.

Dental Implant Patient
Years of grinding cost them their confidence. They chose this practice because the work is done in-house and finished within days; now people tell them the teeth look perfect.

Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient
Corporate chains felt like a sales pitch, and a strong gag reflex had them turned away elsewhere. Adjusting took learning, and they call the outcome worth every bit of the anxiety.

DOWN THE 238, PAST THE HAYWARD EXITS
Castro Valley never incorporated, never rushed, and never much cared for flash — a valley town that keeps what works, from the trails around Lake Chabot to the storefronts on the Boulevard. Teeth should work that way too. When they stop, the fix worth driving for is about 25 minutes south: I-238 to I-880, straight to an implant-only practice in Fremont.

There are good family dentists along Castro Valley Boulevard and up in the hills, and for checkups they're exactly right. But a failing arch, years of denture frustration, or an implant that never felt right is a different category of problem — the kind Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta handle personally, as owner-surgeons, with the 3D imaging, sedation, and zirconia milling lab all under their own roof.
The practical part suits a practical town: your first visit — consultation and 3D CBCT scan — is free, and you leave with an itemized plan, not a pitch. Qualifying single-implant patients get permanent teeth in as little as 24 hours; full-arch cases leave surgery with fixed teeth and take home the custom-milled finals about 72 hours later. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.
Implant treatment for Castro Valley
A valley that keeps what works gets teeth that work: one tooth, an arch, or the gum and bone around them.
A single tooth implant replaces the root and carries a crown milled in our own lab, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; several teeth ride an implant bridge.
All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design, the count chosen after the free scan; for qualifying patients the surgery and fixed temporary teeth happen the same day and the final custom-milled set follows in about 72 hours.
Gum grafting around implants where the tissue needs building up, a bone graft where the jaw does, and zygomatic implants where the upper jaw cannot hold a standard implant; the scan decides which.
From Castro Valley
Castro Valley sends a surprising number of implant searches for a town that never incorporated: dental implants in Castro Valley, a full arch, All-on-X, affordable implants, a single tooth, even gum graft surgery. A valley that keeps what is built to last will recognize the answers.
A full arch is a complete row of fixed teeth on four, six or eight implants, and the X in All-on-X is the count chosen after the free 3D scan. All-on-4 is the classic design; our own All-on-8 Robust protocol uses up to eight where the bone allows, so no tooth rides a cantilever. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out; larger arches are quoted in writing against published California ranges (September 2026) of $20,000–$35,000 per jaw. For qualifying patients the final custom-milled teeth follow surgery in about 72 hours.
Affordable here means the whole number on one page, not the lowest first line. Published ranges put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500; the free consultation and scan (a $499 value) produce an itemized quote, financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification, and the affordable implants page explains where the money goes. Where a removable implant denture is what the budget carries, we say so plainly.
Castro Valley also searches for gum graft surgery, which here is done around implants where the tissue needs building up; the gum grafting page explains when. A bone graft is a different thing, covered on the bone grafting page, and the no-bone verdict from another office is usually not final: an angled placement or zygomatic implants often avoid it.
From the Boulevard, Proctor and the BART side, I-238 onto I-880 south to the Mowry Avenue exit takes twenty to thirty minutes in normal traffic; from Palomares Hills and Five Canyons, I-580 to the 238 connector adds five, and Foothill and Mission Boulevard through Hayward work when the freeways do not. Evening appointments after a working week are normal here: weekdays until 7:30 PM, Saturdays until 6:00 PM.
Pricing for Castro Valley patients
Published California ranges (September 2026): an implant with its crown about $3,500–$7,500, a graft $200–$3,500 per site, a fixed arch $20,000–$35,000 per jaw. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out, itemized after the free consultation and scan (a $499 value).
Financing is compared across four lenders and pre-qualification does not touch your credit score; employer PPO plans are verified in writing; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted for implants.
I-238 onto I-880 south from the Boulevard and the BART side, 580 to the 238 connector from Palomares Hills: the Castro Valley routes and the office that serves you.
I-238 south onto I-880 south to the Mowry Avenue exit in Fremont — usually 20–30 minutes in normal traffic.
Down to I-580, over the 238 connector to I-880 south — roughly 25–35 minutes; Foothill/Mission Boulevard (CA-238) through Hayward works when the freeways don't.

Short. I-238 onto I-880 south, off at Mowry — usually 20 to 30 minutes, and one of the easier drives on this list. Castro Valley patients often do the consultation and scan on one visit and return for treatment already knowing exactly what it involves and what it costs.
We compare four healthcare lenders rather than pushing one, because they approve different credit profiles. Checking your rate is a soft inquiry that does not affect your score, and it takes minutes at your visit. A co-applicant with stronger credit widens what is available if that helps.
Usually it means 'not enough for the way that office places implants.' A free CBCT scan measures what you actually have, in three dimensions rather than on a flat X-ray. Between grafting, angled placement, and zygomatic implants, most people told no elsewhere have a route — and if you genuinely don't, we will say so.
Often. We are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment, so late-afternoon appointments are ordinary here. Because imaging, surgery, and the milling lab share one building, visits stack: consultation, scan, and plan in a single appointment, and qualifying cases receive permanent teeth in about 24 hours.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
