  • Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient

A gap at the front, and no smile

Several teeth missing including one at the front, and years of not smiling. After the upper teeth were replaced they describe meeting a different person in the mirror.

  • Dental Implant Patient

A year in dentures after losing their molars

They found the practice through their own research and reviews. Staff stayed after hours; teeth arrived in three to four days rather than the six months they had been quoted.

Off San Pablo Avenue, Onto The 580

San Pablo's Compact. So Is A One-Building Implant Center.

San Pablo packs a lot into a small footprint — the Alvarado Adobe museum recreates the first California-born governor's home, and the Towne Center at San Pablo Avenue and Rumrill Boulevard is the commercial heart. To reach Fremont, take I-80 to I-580 east, then I-880 south: about 45 to 60 minutes. A tight, close-knit city pairs well with a practice that keeps every step in one building.

A patient smiling in the treatment chair
Comfort is planned before the appointment, not improvised during it.

Implants are all we do. Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta own the center and personally plan, place, and restore every case — both are ICOI Masters. Everything is in-house in Fremont: the free 3D CBCT scan, guided surgery, IV sedation, and a CAD/CAM zirconia lab that mills your permanent teeth on-site.

For many qualifying single and multiple implants, those teeth are ready in about 24 hours rather than after months of temporaries. And the cases other offices decline — bone grafting, zygomatic implants for a jaw with no bone, rescuing a failed implant — are our core work. If the west-county commute is a hurdle, the Geary office in San Francisco handles consults closer to home. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

Implant treatment for San Pablo

Compact City, Compact Course

The treatments, and which of the two offices each can run at.

The denture that would not stay

Two or more implants hold it on the implant-supported dentures page, or a fixed arch, All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design, replaces it.

Bone augmentation, zygomatic anchors

Grafting, angled placement, or zygomatic implants; the scan decides.

One tooth, and the consultation over the bridge

A single tooth implant, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; the consultation and follow-ups can run at the Geary Boulevard office, with IV sedation for surgery at either.

From San Pablo

A Compact City, And A One-Building Implant Center To Match

San Pablo's searches are for a dentist in San Pablo and for the East Bay's implant questions: same-day implants, bone augmentation, zygomatic implants. The city packs a lot into a small footprint, and the practical fact for it is that two offices are reachable, Geary Boulevard over the bridge and Fremont down I-880.

A parent who wears a denture and cannot eat

Start with the free consultation and 3D CBCT scan; bring the parent and the denture. The scan shows whether two or more implants can hold the denture still, on the implant-supported dentures page, or whether a fixed arch, All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design, is the better answer. The implants for seniors page covers what age does and does not change.

As few visits as possible

Scan and plan on the first visit; surgery on the second, with fixed teeth the same day for qualifying patients; the permanent crown in as little as 24 hours for single and multiple implants, or the final custom-milled arch in about 72 hours. Where the scan allows, an extraction and an immediate implant share one visit. The trip count is written into the plan.

Bone augmentation and zygomatic anchors

A graft rebuilds bone in a site; an angled placement reaches bone that is still there; zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone carry an upper arch when the jaw cannot. The scan says which, before any drive is committed to.

Who does the surgery, and the two routes

One of the two owner-surgeons examines you, places the implants and sees the follow-ups. Published California ranges (September 2026) put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500 and a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw; our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out. From Old Town and the Towne Center, I-80 to I-580 east and I-880 south to the Mowry exit takes forty-five to sixty minutes; from El Portal and Church Lane, fifty to sixty; the Geary Boulevard office over the bridge can take the consultation and follow-ups. The consultation and scan are free (a $499 value).

The Questions We HearMost Often From San Pablo

What's the route from San Pablo?

I-80 to I-580 east, then I-880 south to the Mowry exit — 45 to 60 minutes in normal traffic, better outside commute hours. Our San Francisco office on Geary Boulevard is the alternative for consultations, scans, and follow-ups if that direction suits you better.

Can I get everything done in as few visits as possible?

Yes, and it is how we schedule patients at that distance. One appointment covers the consultation, the 3D scan, and the written plan. Qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases can receive surgery and permanent milled teeth on the treatment visit; full arches typically return about 72 hours later for final teeth.

My parent wears a denture and can't eat properly. Where do we start?

With a free consultation and 3D scan, and come along. Years of denture wear shrink the ridge, but that is a starting condition rather than a verdict — grafting, angled placement, and zygomatic implants move most people forward. Fixed implant teeth end the slipping and the soft-food compromises.

Who performs the surgery?

One of the two owner-doctors, Dr. Sam Jain or Dr. Arpana Gupta, on every case. There are no fly-in surgeons here and no commissioned treatment coordinators. The person who reads your scan with you is the person whose hands are on your case, and the same person you see at follow-ups.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
