From Solano Avenue and Albany Hill, I-80 west to I-880 south and the Mowry Avenue exit takes thirty-five to forty-five minutes without heavy bridge traffic; from Ocean View and the waterfront, Buchanan to I-580 and 880 adds five. We are open until 7:30 PM on weekdays and 6:00 PM on Saturdays, with Sunday by appointment, and after sedation the ride home is planned so nobody drives it alone.

Almost certainly not. Years of denture wear do shrink the ridge, but that is a starting condition, not a verdict — grafting, angled placement, and zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone move most people forward. Bring her, and come with her; families working through this together are the norm here, not an interruption.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed.
