Procedures performed: Full mouth dental implants
The Practice
Drive times are approximate, in normal traffic. Same-day permanent teeth apply to qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases; full-arch patients typically receive final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours. Candidacy is confirmed after an exam and free 3D imaging.
Your surgeons
Two owner-surgeons at the end of one straight freeway, who place every implant and finish the teeth in their own lab.

Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient
He wanted a soft give rather than something rigid, compared the options himself, and picked ceramic polymer over zirconia — custom-made rather than off the shelf.

Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient
One problem anchor tooth came out, and a new upper and lower set followed within days. They describe relief, a broad smile, and feeling youthful again.

Straight Down The 680
Concord is the largest city in the county — Todos Santos Plaza on a Thursday farmers-market night is the closest thing central Contra Costa has to a town square. Plenty of dentists here, but a full-arch or failed-implant case is a different animal, and it's worth the 40-to-55-minute run down I-680 to a center that handles nothing else. From Clayton Valley or the Diablo side of town, it's one freeway south.

Under one Fremont roof: a free 3D CBCT scan, guided surgery with X-Guide and Navident, IV sedation, and an in-house zirconia lab. That combination is why we quote permanent teeth in about 24 hours for many single and multiple implants — and 72 hours for a full arch — instead of half a year of temporaries.
Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta own the practice and personally plan, place, and restore every case. No rotating associates, no fly-in surgeon you meet on the morning of surgery. If an implant placed elsewhere failed, or a surgeon said 'no bone,' that's precisely where we start.
Concord's scale cuts both ways: big enough for every service, big enough that quality varies. Our suggestion is the same one we give every large city — make providers compete on paper. Bring any implant quote you've collected to the free consultation and we'll read it beside your own 3D scan, line by line; the comparison costs nothing and occasionally we'll tell you the other office got it right. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.
Implant treatment for Concord
Plenty of dentists in the county's biggest city; these are the cases that belong at an implant-only practice.
All-on-4, All-on-6 or our All-on-8 Robust design, compared on the comparison page; final custom-milled teeth about 72 hours after surgery for qualifying patients.
A denture held still on the implant-supported dentures page; a single tooth implant, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients.
An implant from another office that failed is planned for rescue on the failed-implant page; a thinned upper jaw gets zygomatic implants.
From Concord
Concord searches for dental implants more than any Contra Costa city, and specifically for All-on-6, All-on-4, full mouth implants and implant dentistry in Concord, with the 94519 zip typed in. Concord has dentists to spare; what it sends down I-680 are the arch and rescue cases.
All-on-6 is the Concord search that already sits on page one. Six implants carry a fixed arch with more support than four; our own All-on-8 Robust protocol goes to eight where the bone allows; All-on-4 is the classic design, a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out. The comparison page sets the three side by side, and six- and eight-implant arches are quoted in writing against published California ranges (September 2026) of $20,000–$35,000 per jaw. For qualifying patients the final custom-milled teeth follow surgery in about 72 hours.
A city this size has every service and every level of quality, so our suggestion is the one we give every large city: bring any implant quote and have it read line by line against your own scan, at no charge. A plan that says it covers implants is verified in writing before anything is scheduled; the insurance page explains what covered usually means.
A denture that moves is held still by two or more implants on the implant-supported dentures page; a missing tooth gets a single tooth implant, about $3,500–$7,500 with its crown in published ranges, rather than a bridge that grinds down its neighbors, which the implants versus bridges page explains. A graft is not always needed first: the bone grafting page covers the alternatives, and the free scan decides.
From downtown and Todos Santos, I-680 south runs straight to Mission Boulevard in forty to fifty-five minutes; from Clayton Valley and Ygnacio Valley, forty-five to fifty-five, no bridges and no transfers. Weekday appointments until 7:30 PM and Saturdays until 6:00 PM fit around work.
Pricing for Concord patients
Published California ranges (September 2026): an implant with its crown about $3,500–$7,500, a fixed arch $20,000–$35,000 per jaw, a graft $200–$3,500 per site. Our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out, itemized after the free consultation and scan (a $499 value).
A plan that says it covers implants is verified in writing before anything is scheduled; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted; financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification.

Straightforward — I-680 south the whole way to Mission Boulevard, 40 to 55 minutes in normal traffic, and noticeably easier outside commute hours. Say when you book that you are coming down 680 and we will put you in a slot that avoids the worst of it in both directions.
Usually. We are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment, and because imaging, surgery, and the milling lab share one building, visits stack instead of multiplying: consultation, scan, and written plan in one appointment rather than three.
Partly, almost always. Most PPO plans treat implants as major work and cap annual benefits at a set maximum, so 'covered' rarely means paid in full. We verify your exact benefits in writing, file the claim for you, and show the insurance contribution and the financed balance side by side before you decide.
Not always, and it is worth a second read of your own scan. Some cases genuinely need grafting; others can be solved with angled placement or, in severe upper-jaw loss, zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone. A free CBCT scan is what settles it — bring any imaging or quote you already have.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
