What's the run from Concord like?
Straightforward — I-680 south the whole way to Mission Boulevard, 40 to 55 minutes in normal traffic, and noticeably easier outside commute hours. Say when you book that you are coming down 680 and we will put you in a slot that avoids the worst of it in both directions.
Can I fit appointments around work?
Usually. We are open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment, and because imaging, surgery, and the milling lab share one building, visits stack instead of multiplying: consultation, scan, and written plan in one appointment rather than three.
My plan says it covers implants. Does that mean I'm covered?
Partly, almost always. Most PPO plans treat implants as major work and cap annual benefits around $1,000 to $2,000, so 'covered' rarely means paid in full. We verify your exact benefits in writing, file the claim for you, and show the insurance contribution and the financed balance side by side before you decide.
I've been told I need a graft first. Is that always true?
Not always, and it is worth a second read of your own scan. Some cases genuinely need grafting; others can be solved with angled placement or, in severe upper-jaw loss, zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone. A free CBCT scan is what settles it — bring any imaging or quote you already have.
