The whole plan happens in one place: a free 3D CBCT scan so you see the bone first, guided placement, IV sedation, and an in-house zirconia lab. Qualifying single implants can be finished in about 24 hours; a full arch typically takes 72 hours — a genuinely different pace than months in temporaries.

Why the quotes vary so wildly
Because they count different things. Published ranges put a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw, a graft at $200–$3,500 per site, a sinus lift at $1,500–$5,000 per side and an extraction at $150–$450 per tooth; a quote that leaves three of those lines for later looks cheaper than one that lists them. Ours lists every one after the free consultation and scan (a $499 value), and reading another office's quote beside it costs nothing.
Down the hill to 880
From central Piedmont and the Park, down to I-580 and I-880 south to the Mowry Avenue exit takes twenty-five to forty minutes in normal traffic; from upper Piedmont, CA-13 to 580 adds five. I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff .
