THE CITY OF CIRCLES

From the Apricot Capital to a lab that mills teeth in days One roof, two owner surgeons, no fly-in strangers

Patterson sits down in Stanislaus County off I-5, so the drive to Fremont runs north on I-5 to I-205, over the Altamont on I-580, then I-680 south — about an hour and fifteen. It's a real trip. The reason Patterson patients make it is simple: everything for an implant case happens in one building here — 3D planning, IV sedation, guided surgery, and an in-house zirconia lab — with the two owners doing the work themselves.

A patient hugging Dr. Jain
Twenty years in one place builds a certain kind of goodbye.

This is the town Thomas Patterson laid out in circles radiating from a central park, the City of Circles, ringed by the apricot orchards that gave it its nickname. Small towns like this rarely have a dedicated implant surgeon, let alone two ICOI Masters. Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta plan, place, and restore every case personally — you'll never be handed to a rotating visiting surgeon.

If Del Puerto Canyon Road is your idea of a quick escape, think of Fremont as the same distance for something that lasts a lot longer than a hike. Full-arch plans are quoted per arch in writing, final milled teeth arrive in about 72 hours instead of months of temporaries, and financing runs through several trusted healthcare lenders. The first visit — consult plus a $499 3D CBCT scan — costs nothing. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

Implant treatment for Patterson

One Roof, Two Owner-Surgeons

The treatments, including the extractions, on as few trips as the scan allows.

Extractions and immediate implants

Done here by the owner-surgeons, sharing the surgical visit where the scan allows; the sinus lift and immediate implant page explains when.

The full arch

All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design; fixed teeth the day of surgery and the final custom-milled set about 72 hours later for qualifying patients, arranged on the traveling page.

One tooth, bone, sedation

A single tooth implant, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; zygomatic implants or grafting; IV sedation with a companion for the pass.

From Patterson

From The Apricot Capital To A Lab That Mills Teeth In Days

Patterson sends almost no implant searches yet, so this page is written for the questions the town asks when it calls: how long the drive is, what the first visit gives you, whether extractions are a separate trip, and what if you cannot pay upfront. Patterson has no dedicated implant surgeon nearby; an hour and fifteen up I-5 and over the Altamont, two owner-surgeons and their lab are under one roof.

What the first visit gives you

A consultation with one of the two owner-surgeons, a 3D CBCT scan, and a written plan with the number and the trip count, all free (a $499 value). Nothing is scheduled at that visit unless you ask, and if the scan says you are not a candidate for any route, you leave knowing why.

Extractions on the same trip

Yes. The two owner-surgeons do their own extractions, and where the scan allows, the extraction and an immediate implant share the surgical visit; published California ranges (September 2026) put an extraction at $150–$450 per tooth. For qualifying patients the permanent crown follows in as little as 24 hours or the final full-arch set in about 72 hours, so the surgical trip can be a short stay arranged on the traveling for implants page.

If you cannot pay upfront

Financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification and turns the number into a monthly figure; employer PPO plans are verified in writing; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted. Published ranges put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500 and a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw; our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out.

Up I-5 and over the pass

From the downtown circle, I-5 north to I-205, I-580 over the Altamont and I-680 south takes about an hour and fifteen without traffic; from Sperry Avenue, an hour and fifteen to twenty-five. All-on-4, our All-on-8 Robust design, a single tooth implant, zygomatic implants and IV sedation each have their own page; sedation visits are scheduled with a companion for the pass.

The Questions We HearMost Often From Patterson

How long is the drive from Patterson?

I-5 north to I-580 west over the Altamont, then I-680 south — about an hour and fifteen minutes without traffic. At that distance the scheduling matters as much as the dentistry, and we group visits deliberately rather than adding them one at a time.

What do I get out of the first visit?

An exam, a free 3D CBCT scan, the owner-doctor's read of your own anatomy, and an itemized written plan you take home. No obligation and no cost. If the answer is that implants are not right for you, you hear it on that visit rather than after several more.

Do you handle extractions too, or is that a separate trip?

Here, and often in the same appointment as the implant. Removing a failing tooth and placing its replacement in one visit preserves bone that would otherwise start shrinking immediately — and for someone driving over an hour, it removes an entire journey.

What if I cannot pay upfront?

Most patients do not. Four healthcare lenders are compared because each approves different credit profiles, and checking your rate is a soft inquiry that leaves your score untouched. Your monthly figure follows the written plan; it is never quoted before the plan exists.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
