  • Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient

Thirty years without seeing a dentist

At 66, with about a third of his teeth left, he had been avoiding care through a heart operation and a diabetes diagnosis. He ranks the day alongside his wedding and his children’s births.

  • Dental Implant Patient

An implant that failed somewhere else

They arrived carrying another provider’s work. What mattered was the in-house lab and both surgeons being hands-on — and the confidence it returned to their practice as a marriage and family therapist.

MONTE SERENO, CA

A quiet town deserves implants done quietly right.

Monte Sereno is small on purpose, under 4,000 people, no commercial zoning, the kind of place where Steinbeck once wrote on Greenwood Lane. So there's no dentist here to begin with; every appointment is a drive. To our Fremont office, that's about 35 minutes, out to CA-17 and up I-880 through Milpitas.

A patient outside the Fremont office
Patients drive past three other offices to get to this one.

If you're already driving, the question is where. Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta own our center and personally plan, place, and restore each case, both ICOI Masters, so you see the same two doctors start to finish. Dr. Jain, an engineer by training, developed the All-on-8 Robust full-arch protocol. It's a level of continuity a rotating-associate office can't match.

And the payoff is speed done properly. Our on-site zirconia lab lets many qualifying patients leave with final teeth in about 24 hours, or 72 hours for a full arch, instead of a half-year in temporaries. We also take zygomatic and failed-implant cases others refuse. The consult and 3D CBCT scan are free.

Monte Sereno has no downtown at all — just quiet lanes where, famously, Steinbeck finished The Grapes of Wrath — so residents already drive for everything that matters. The implant version of that drive ends unusually well: at a practice where the surgeons own the building, the lab lives down their hallway, and the plan comes home with you in writing. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.

From Monte Sereno

A Quiet Town Deserves Implants Done Quietly Right

Monte Sereno's own search, dental implants in Monte Sereno, already sits at the top of page one, and its other questions are the ones a town with no dentist asks: who owns the practice, how long before permanent teeth, how to pay. With no commercial zoning, every appointment is a drive; this one is thirty-five minutes via 17 and 880.

Who owns this practice

The two surgeons who do the work, Dr. Sambhav Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta; there is no corporate parent, no sales floor, and no associate the case is handed to. The person who reads your scan is the person who places the implants and sees the follow-ups.

How long before permanent teeth

For qualifying patients, the permanent crown for single and multiple implants in as little as 24 hours after surgery, and the final custom-milled full arch in about 72 hours, from the lab in our building; the first fixed set goes on the day of surgery. Stability at placement decides who qualifies, and the free 3D CBCT scan on the first visit answers that.

How to pay for it

An itemized written quote after the free scan (a $499 value): published California ranges (September 2026) put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500 and a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw, and our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out. Employer PPO plans are verified in writing; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted; financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification.

The Questions We HearMost Often From Monte Sereno

What is the drive from Monte Sereno?

CA-9 across to CA-17 north, then I-880 through Milpitas — about 35 minutes in normal traffic. It is an easy run outside the commute, and because everything is under one roof in Fremont, that drive covers the consultation, the scan, and the plan in one appointment.

Who owns this practice?

The two doctors who would treat you — Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta, married, family-owned since 2008, with their own children now training in dentistry. There is no franchise fee, no corporate parent, and nobody in the building working on commission for accepting a treatment plan.

How long before I have permanent teeth?

For qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases, as little as 24 hours from surgery to final custom-milled teeth. For a full arch, typically about 72 hours. That comes from the CAD/CAM lab sitting a few steps from the surgical chair rather than a queue at an outside laboratory.

How do I pay for it?

PPO benefits first where they apply — verified in writing and claimed for you, with most plans capping annual benefits at a set maximum. For the balance, four healthcare lenders are compared and prequalifying is a soft check that leaves your credit score alone.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
