Procedures performed: Full mouth dental implants
The Practice
Drive times are approximate, in normal traffic. Same-day permanent teeth apply to qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases; full-arch patients typically receive final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours. Candidacy is confirmed after an exam and free 3D imaging.
Your surgeons
Two owner-surgeons twenty-five minutes up 880, who plan, place and mill the teeth under one roof and take the cases others turn away.

Denise · Full-Mouth Dental Implant Patient
Her own dentist said her jaw could not hold implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta found otherwise, and her permanent, custom-milled teeth were in 72 hours after surgery.

Full-Arch Dental Implant Patient
At 66, with about a third of his teeth left, he had been avoiding care through a heart operation and a diabetes diagnosis. He ranks the day alongside his wedding and his children’s births.

CAMPBELL, CA
From the Water Tower and the Sunday farmers market on downtown Campbell's closed-off streets, our Fremont implant center is a straight run north on I-880, usually around 25 minutes when the interchange near the Pruneyard isn't backed up. That's the whole trip: no transfers between a surgeon in one building and a lab in another.

Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta own the practice and personally plan, place, and restore every case. Dr. Jain holds a DMD plus a master's in mechanical engineering and built the All-on-8 Robust full-arch protocol around that background. You will not be handed off to a fly-in surgeon you meet once.
Our in-house lab, run by engineer Andy Jain, mills zirconia teeth on site. For many qualifying single or multiple implants, that means custom final teeth in about 24 hours, and about 72 hours for a full arch, instead of living in temporaries while a case ships out. The consultation and 3D CBCT scan (a $499 value) are free.
Campbell still calls itself the Orchard City and keeps the water tower to prove it — a town that remembers when growing things was the whole economy. Implant treatment is horticulture with titanium: prepare the ground, set the root, protect it while it takes, then enjoy it for decades. The free 3D scan is the soil test, and it costs you nothing. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.
Implant treatment for Campbell
The cases that belong at an implant-only practice with the lab in the building.
The scan decides; where replacement is right, an extraction and immediate implant in one visit, the single tooth implant permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients.
All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design; final custom-milled teeth about 72 hours after surgery for qualifying patients.
Zygomatic implants for a thin upper jaw; rescue for an implant from elsewhere; grafting; IV sedation.
From Campbell
Campbell searches for dental implants in Campbell and the best implant dentist in Campbell, and asks whether a failing tooth should be saved or replaced, what sedation involves, and how the cost is put together. The Orchard City has plenty of general dentists; what it drives twenty-five minutes up 880 for is an implant-only practice with the lab in the building.
A tooth that can be kept with a root canal and crown usually should be; a tooth that is cracked below the gum, has failed a root canal or has lost its bone is replaced. The free 3D CBCT scan shows which, and where the answer is replacement the extraction and an immediate implant can share one visit, with the permanent crown in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients. A single tooth implant runs about $3,500–$7,500 with its crown in published California ranges (September 2026).
IV sedation is a line in the arm, deep relaxation and little memory of the visit; it is given in the office for the surgical visit and a companion drives 880 home. A single implant is often done under local anesthesia alone. Either way the surgeon is one of the two owner-surgeons.
An implant is planted in bone that has to take it; where the bone has thinned, an angled placement, a graft or zygomatic implants anchored in the cheekbone, and the scan decides. All-on-4 is a fixed $14,999 arch with every inclusion written out; our All-on-8 Robust design goes to eight implants; a failed implant from elsewhere is planned for rescue on the failed-implant page.
The number of implants, any graft, the material of the final teeth and the temporary teeth, each a line on the written quote; published ranges put a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw. Employer PPO plans are verified in writing, financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification, and the consultation and scan are free (a $499 value). From downtown and the Water Tower, I-880 north through Milpitas takes about twenty-five minutes; from West Campbell and San Tomas, the expressways to 880, twenty-five to thirty.

I-880 north through Milpitas — typically about 25 minutes, one of the shorter South Bay runs. Campbell patients commonly do the consultation and 3D scan on one visit and return for treatment already knowing the plan and the written cost.
It depends on what is left of it and whether the root is sound, and you deserve an unbiased answer rather than a preference. If enough healthy structure remains, saving it may be right. If it has been patched repeatedly or the root has failed, an implant ends the cycle. The scan informs it.
Oral and IV options, delivered and monitored by our own ACLS-certified doctors and matched to your health and medications rather than a standard dose. Most patients remember little of the appointment. Either choice requires someone to drive you home; local anesthesia alone does not.
Itemized in writing before you commit — every step and every cost. All-on-4 is one fixed, all-included fee per arch; anything else follows your condition rather than a price list, which is why no other figure is advertised. Financing across four lenders is available, and prequalifying takes minutes without affecting your credit score.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
