Procedures performed: Full mouth dental implants
The Practice
Drive times are approximate, in normal traffic. Same-day permanent teeth apply to qualifying single- and multiple-implant cases; full-arch patients typically receive final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours. Candidacy is confirmed after an exam and free 3D imaging.

Her own dentist said her jaw could not hold implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta found otherwise, and her permanent, custom-milled teeth were in 72 hours after surgery.

CLOSEST SAN JOAQUIN CITY TO US
Of every San Joaquin city we serve, Mountain House is the closest to Fremont. From Wicklund or Bethany you're on I-580 in minutes, over the Altamont Pass, then a quick jog onto I-680 south — often around fifty minutes door to door. For a community this new, with this many young families and their parents moving in, a real implant center under an hour away matters.

Because Mountain House was master-planned village by village — Questa, Altamont, Hansen, Cordes — a lot of residents commute west through the Altamont already for work. Your consult fits the same pattern in reverse. And what you drive to isn't a chain: it's Dr. Sam Jain and Dr. Arpana Gupta, both ICOI Masters, who plan, place, and restore each case personally with X-Guide and Navident dynamic navigation guiding the surgery.
The payoff for staying this focused shows up in speed. We keep a CAD/CAM zirconia lab in the building, run by engineer Andy Jain, so many qualifying single-implant patients get a final milled crown in about 24 hours and full-arch patients in about 72 hours. Your first visit is free and includes a 3D CBCT scan — the same $499 scan other offices charge for — before any commitment. Book the free consultation and we’ll plan the logistics with you, mile by mile.
Implant treatment for Mountain House
The treatments, two trips over the pass for most cases.
All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design; fixed teeth the day of surgery and the final custom-milled set about 72 hours later for qualifying patients.
A single tooth implant, permanent in as little as 24 hours for qualifying patients; two or more implants under a denture on the implant-supported dentures page.
Grafting or zygomatic implants; IV sedation with a companion for the pass.
From Mountain House
Mountain House sends almost no implant searches yet, so this page is written for the first ones. Of every San Joaquin city here it is the closest to Fremont, about fifty minutes with only the Altamont between us, and the questions it asks when it calls are about repeated trips over the pass, financing and PPO insurance.
The free consultation and 3D CBCT scan are trip one and produce the plan, the trip count and the written number. Surgery is trip two, with fixed teeth the same day for qualifying patients; the permanent crown follows in as little as 24 hours or the final full-arch set in about 72 hours, from the lab in our building. Where the scan allows, an extraction and an immediate implant share one visit.
Employer PPO plans contribute to parts of implant treatment up to the annual maximum and are verified in writing with the claim filed for you; HMO and Medi-Cal cannot be accepted. Financing across four lenders is compared with a soft-check pre-qualification. Published California ranges (September 2026) put a single implant with its crown at about $3,500–$7,500 and a fixed arch at $20,000–$35,000 per jaw; our All-on-4 arch is a fixed $14,999 with every inclusion written out.
A single tooth implant; a full arch, All-on-4 or our All-on-8 Robust design; a denture held still on the implant-supported dentures page; grafting or zygomatic implants when the bone has thinned; IV sedation with a companion for the drive back over the pass.
From Wicklund and Bethany, I-580 west over the Altamont and I-680 south takes about fifty minutes in light traffic; from Questa and the south villages, Grant Line Road to 580, fifty to sixty depending on the pass. The consultation and scan are free (a $499 value).

I-580 west over the Altamont, then I-680 south to Fremont — often about 50 minutes in light traffic, and the shortest of the San Joaquin cities. Mid-morning appointments avoid the commute in both directions, and we will aim for one if you mention the route.
That is how we schedule it. One appointment covers the consultation, the scan, and the written plan. Qualifying implant cases can receive surgery and permanent milled teeth on the treatment visit itself, because the lab that makes them is in the same building as the surgical suites.
Four healthcare lenders compared at your visit rather than one being pushed, since each approves a different range of credit profiles. Checking your rate is a soft inquiry with no effect on your score, and the monthly figure is confirmed in writing once your treatment plan exists.
All PPO dental plans, and we are in-network with many. Benefits are verified in writing and the claim is filed for you. Expect a genuine contribution rather than full coverage — most plans cap annual benefits at a set maximum and treat implants as major work.

I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!
