What's the drive from Lafayette?

My mother is elderly and tires easily. How long is a visit?
Plan on about an hour for the first one — the conversation, the scan, and the written plan, without being rushed. If she needs longer, tell us when booking and we will schedule accordingly. Bring yourself too; consultations that begin with an adult child and a parent are common here.

Will I be awake?
Only if you want to be. Oral and IV sedation are available, given and monitored by ACLS-certified doctors and matched to your health and medications rather than a standard dose. Either sedation option requires a driver home; local anesthesia alone does not.
