How our pricing works. We do not publish flat treatment fees, because an honest number depends on your condition — your bone, how many teeth are being replaced, and the preparatory work your case needs. After your free 3D scan you receive an itemized written quote stating what your treatment covers: the implants the case actually needs — four, six, or eight on a full arch, with no per-implant upcharge; the surgery; local anesthesia; the final custom teeth, designed and milled in our own lab; diagnostic imaging, including the 3D CBCT scan; post-operative visits and adjustments. Services quoted separately when a case needs them: bone grafting; sinus lift; iv or oral sedation; tooth extraction; restoration material upgrades. Nothing is scheduled before you have the complete number.
About the free consultation. The consultation and its 3D CBCT scan are provided at no charge — a 100% discount on our regular $499 fee for the consultation and scan together. It is open to everyone considering implants at both offices, with no group restriction and no purchase or treatment commitment required, and it is offered on an ongoing basis with no expiration date. If we withdraw it, this page will say so.
No dental treatment or result is guaranteed. Implant success depends on your health, your bone, your home care, and factors no dentist controls. What our care-for-life commitment covers is our own workmanship and your continuing access to the doctors who treated you; the written terms are provided before treatment. Any statement on this site about timelines, longevity, or success rates describes typical outcomes, not a promise about your case.
You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. If you are uninsured or not using insurance, federal law entitles you to a written estimate of expected charges before treatment. Ask any team member, or call either office, and we will provide one within three business days — always before you commit to treatment.
*Many qualifying patients receive fixed zirconia teeth in as little as 24 hours for single and multiple implants, and final custom-milled teeth in about 72 hours for full-arch cases. Timelines vary by case complexity; your doctor will confirm your eligibility and plan at your consultation.
