What you’re seeing is the in-house standard: every one of these smiles was planned, placed, and milled under this roof — designed on the patient’s own 3D scan and refined by hand until shade, shape, and bite disappeared into the person.

How To Read A Before-And-After
Anyone can post two photos. Knowing what changed between them is how you judge the work — ours or anyone else’s. Three places to look before you let any practice near your smile.
Start at the lips, not the teeth
Before you look at a single tooth, look at the lower third of the face. Missing teeth and shrinking bone let the lips fold inward and the chin drift up toward the nose. In the after photos, watch how the lips regain something to rest against — that support is the implants and the new arch doing structural work no denture adhesive can.
Follow the gum line
Where pink meets white is where dentistry is hardest to fake. Study the after photos along the gum line: the even scallop from tooth to tooth, and how the new teeth emerge from the gums the way natural ones do rather than sitting on top of them. That emergence is planned on the 3D scan before surgery, not improvised at the chair.
Check the smile line and proportion
A natural smile follows a gentle curve that roughly tracks the lower lip, and front teeth keep a familiar width-to-length rhythm. Compare each before and after against those two cues. When a result looks right but you cannot say why, this is usually why — proportion is what your eye reads as real.
One more thing worth knowing: every pair on this page is shot the same way on purpose — comparable framing, comparable light, no retouching of the dentistry. California law asks for comparable presentation in before-and-after photography, and we would want that standard even if it didn’t, because a result that needs flattering light isn’t a result.

How A Result Like This Gets Built
None of these smiles came off a shelf. Each began as a free 3D CBCT scan, became an engineering plan — implant positions, bite forces, bone support — and then took physical shape in our own lab, where ultra-dense zirconia is milled and finished a few steps from the operatory.
That closed loop is why the after photos look like people, not veneers in a lighting studio: the doctors who planned each case checked shade and shape against the living face in front of them, not a mailed-in mold.
