Step Inside Our Fremont Implant Center Everything Under One Roof — Consult, Surgery, and the Lab That Makes Your Teeth
Most dental offices show you a waiting room and an operatory. Ours keeps going: past the consultation rooms and the 3D scanner, through the surgical suites, and into something few dental practices have — a full manufacturing lab, humming a few steps from the chairs.
This page is the honest preview of our Fremont flagship. Everything below was photographed there — the same rooms, machines, and people patients encounter when their treatment is performed in Fremont after a free consultation at either office. No stock photos, no staging.

There's no sales floor here, because there are no salespeople. The person who greets you knows your name; the doctor who examines you — Dr. Sam Jain (DMD, MS) or Dr. Arpana Gupta — owns this practice and intends to still be your doctor years from now; and the person who mills your teeth works down the hall. Since 2008, that's simply been the shape of the place.
You'll get a free 3D CBCT scan, a look at your own anatomy on screen, and — if you'd like — a peek through the lab window at the machines that make same-day permanent teeth possible. Bring your questions and your skepticism. Both are welcome.
This tour shows our Fremont flagship at 3381 Walnut Avenue, including its surgical suites and in-house lab. The same two owner doctors run our San Francisco office at 4318 Geary Boulevard the same way — both are complete implant centers, with surgery, sedation and same-day teeth at either.
