一副种植覆盖义齿需要几颗种植体？
通常下颌两到四颗、上颌四到六颗，因为上颌骨更松软，假牙覆盖的面积也更大。种植体上装有小巧的附着体——大家习惯叫它「卡扣」——假牙就扣在上面。种植体越多，假牙越稳、晃动越少；这也正是为什么下颌那种便宜的两颗种植体设计，感觉虽比黏胶好，却仍比大多数人预期的更容易移动。
种植覆盖义齿晚上要取下来吗？
要——这本来就是设计的一部分。种植覆盖义齿是有意做成可摘的：清洁时取下，通常睡觉时也不戴，而覆盖牙龈的基托依然压在您的上颚或牙槽嵴上。很多患者觉得这个取舍完全划算。但如果洗手台边那只夜里泡假牙的杯子，恰恰是您想告别的东西，那就该聊固定牙弓了——固定牙全天候留在嘴里，像天然牙一样清洁。
种植覆盖义齿有哪些部件会磨损？
如实列出维护清单：卡扣附着体（小小的尼龙或橡胶插件）会磨损、需要更换——常见是每六到十八个月一次；随着牙龈和骨头形状改变，假牙基托需要定期重衬；假牙本体通常是丙烯酸树脂，日常使用若干年后一般需要重做。这些都不是什么丑闻——可摘修复体本来就是这样——但当您拿较低的入门价格，去比一副没有卡扣要换、没有基托要重衬、并且由亲手完成的医生兑现书面质保的固定牙弓时，这些账都该算进去。

“吸附式种植牙”“假牙种植体”和“种植牙加假牙”是同一回事吗？
