I recently visited Center for Implant Dentistry after developing an infection around a crowned tooth. My regular dentist wasn't able to treat the problem and referred me to a specialist. A friend who had undergone a bone graft procedure there about a year ago recommended this facility, so I decided to schedule a free consultation. From the moment I arrived, I had a great experience. I met Neel, a very knowledgeable and friendly young gentleman who was easy to talk to. He explained the types of procedures they perform and how they specialize in dental implants and complex dental cases. After asking about my concerns, he quickly took some pictures using their advanced technology. Just a few minutes later, I met Dr. Jain. He took the time to discuss my dental problem and thoroughly explained the recommended treatment plan in a way that was simple and easy to understand. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything and made sure I understood my options. Then came the biggest surprise! Dr. Jain asked if I wanted to proceed with the treatment that same day. I was shocked because I had only come in for a consultation! Since I was already off work, I decided to take care of the problem right away. Dr. Jain extracted my infected tooth, cleaned out the infection, and placed the implant--all in the same visit! I never expected to have everything done that day, but I was grateful that they were able to address the problem so quickly. I also found the cost reasonable, considering the complexity of the procedure and how quickly they were able to take care of my situation. They accepted my dental insurance and FSA, which helped save me a significant amount of money. Neel provided a detailed treatment plan and explained the costs, including what my insurance would cover. I really appreciated the transparency and the time he took to help me understand the financial side of my treatment. Because it was getting late, they weren't able to finish my temporary crown that day, so I had to return the following day to have it completed. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care I received at Center for Implant Dentistry. From Neel's excellent communication and helpful guidance to Dr. Jain's thorough explanation and treatment, the entire experience was reassuring and efficient. Kudos to all their staff . Very friendly and professional . I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs specialized dental care or dental implants. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier than I expected!

I did a lot of research before choosing a doctor for my dental implant treatment. After comparing different options, including ClearChoice, I decided to visit Dr. Jain. He explained the entire All-on-8 treatment process in detail and made me feel much more confident about my decision. One thing that really impressed me was that they have their own in-house dental lab, which makes the entire process more convenient and efficient. Dr. Jain and his team pay attention to every detail. They don’t just focus on completing the treatment; they also make sure the final smile looks beautiful and natural. I am very happy with my experience and the results. I highly recommend Dr. Jain and the Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone considering full-mouth dental implants I choose right away I don’t because I thought dr Jain has a great knowledge in implntology over 20 year experience .

I had an absolutely exceptional experience at Center for Implant Dentistry in Fremont, and I genuinely believe this amazing team deserves special recognition. Before deciding where to get my dental implants, I spent a lot of time researching different providers and treatment options. Having had dental implants before, I knew how important it was to choose experienced, qualified professionals. This wasn't a decision I took lightly, and I'm so glad I chose this team. I want to give a heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and the entire clinical staff. Because my dental situation was particularly complex and far from a typical case, my surgery started around 5:00 PM and didn't finish until approximately 2:30 AM the next morning. That's nearly nine and a half hours! What truly impressed me wasn't just how long they worked, but the patience, professionalism, and dedication they showed every step of the way. I especially want to recognize the staff members who stayed with the doctors throughout those long hours. Their hard work, care, and commitment were just as important to my experience, and they absolutely deserve recognition. I truly appreciate everything they did. Today marks exactly one week since my surgery, and I've already received my new teeth. I'm extremely happy with how they look and with my experience so far. I understand that healing takes time, but everything up to this point has been wonderful. To Dr. Jain, Dr. Gupta, and every single member of the team, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I went to Dr Arpana and Dr Sambhav in an emergency requiring extraction of multiple teeth and a dental implant. They accommodated me in their busy schedule and took good care of me. They have the entire setup (3D X-ray, implants, crown etc) and I didn’t have to run to multiple people for my treatment. I was treated very professionally and I felt cared for. Highly recommend them. I referred my family and they have had very positive experience as well. A big thumbs up on the quality of service!

Came here mainly based on excellent Google reviews. Glad I did. Doctor was able to accommodate my extraction and implant in some what emergency basis late hours. The whole process took about 3 hrs.. the procedure was done without any pain. Instructions were clear for the postoperative. Highly recommend this clinic.

We’re so happy we found Center of Implant Dentistry, we travelled all the way from Las Vegas to the Bay Area specifically for my Dad’s upper implant procedure (after he received some inferior quotes in Nevada that made him uncomfortable) so I did some research and found Dr Jain & Dr Gupta And from the very first visit we were so happy with the experience they were very accommodating and friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. From the very first consultation we knew we found the right place for my dad’s implants, 🤗Center of Implant Dentistry really specialize in all they do and is a full one stop shop, my dad’s experience was super pleasant and the staff was so great, it was easy to book an appt and schedule his procedure, it was so simple, easy and pain free for my Dad, he had a very quick and easy healing process compared to other friends he knows that got the same. We’re overall so happy with Dr Jain and Dr Gupta for their care and appreciate them for accommodating my Dad until he feels his very best and the most confident with his new smile. I recently had my 2 implant treatment here and I’m very happy with the results. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta are very experienced and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. I was also really impressed that they have an in-house lab, so everything is done under one roof. A friend recommended this place to me, and I’m glad I came here. From the moment I walked through the door until the moment I walked out with my beautiful new smile, I felt welcomed, cared for, and confident that I was in the right hands. I had All-on-6 full upper and lower implants. Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta are incredibly talented at what they do. They didn’t just give me new teeth — they gave me a new lease on life. I honestly have to say that this was the best decision I made regarding my dental implants. I seriously feel like a new person due to having top dentures for the past 8 years . I was embarrassed to eat , smile and even take pictures. A couple of years ago, I went to several other dentist to see what the next step I should do because I was tired of glueing my teeth several times throughout the day. Years had passed and started researching different implant specialist and this was the first place on my list. I didn’t have to go anywhere else because the way everyone and the Doctors made me feel and showed me how my teeth could beautiful and good. Dr Jain and Dr Gupta has a great and amazing doctors I ever could seen very knowledgeable In this implants center the most amazing part is they have in house lab so manufacturing is most toughest part in this kind of work because that the cosmetic thinks so dr Jain has lot of experience of surgical and manufacturing also . 8-over-8 Implants and Full Bridges – 28 new teeth. Yea! I came to the Center for Implant Dentistry in Fremont looking for a final dental solution due to an increasing need to get single implants to support new bridges. I am a 71 year old woman who has had many missing teeth since my 20’s. I struggled with bridges that did not look good and were marginally functional for decades. Last December, Dr. Jain provided a very comprehensive assessment of my condition with state-of-the-art imaging – and then suppled expert recommendations and alternatives for my case. I decided that the 8 over 8 implants and full upper and lower bridges was the right solution – to recover my smile, solve the problem of missing teeth, and help maintain the bone structure of my jaw which was wasting away. Two days over a weekend were needed to install the 16 implants. Although it is a significant surgery, Doctors Jain and Gupta expertly performed the work – not pausing for the weekend or holidays. They are passionate professionals whose concern for my wellbeing and technical skill is amazing. And the rest of the office staff was very supportive and caring while helping me through the process. Since the Center has the equipment and expertise to mill the bridges, I didn’t have to get temporary bridges. The final product was installed the next day. Six months later, I am still extremely pleased with the functionality of the bridges and the look of my smile. I finally have a complete solution to last me a lifetime.
